I went in thinking it was going to turn out great since I havent had my hair styles or cut in so long but it ended up turning out horrible. I knew exactly what I wanted, but for some reason the hair stylist just wasnt understanding. They had no clue what they were doing, I used to get this hair style all the time and they acted like they were confuses. Anyways, long story short, my hair looked like a wreck by the time they finished. I didnt notice how bad it was until I arrived home and combed it out. It was uneven and choppy ,and I was just so disappointed. Needless to say, i now have to go to a real professional and have them work their magic and did it. Im just so upset with that place because they didnt care enough to take their time and try to understand the hair style I wanted (even though they should of known). I could go on forever about this but anyways good luck if you dare to sacrifice your hair

Terrible experience.... of your black dont go here, this is a place for whites... I have a fade and they failed to give me a good shape up and sides are different shades.... they messed up my little bros taper it just looks like something I never seen before, it looks like he didnt get a haircut in the front.... a taper on one side and a fade the rest of his hair..... like we both just had a bad experience.... we will never come back again....

1 Star because I cant give negative stars. Worst experience ever. My hair was so fd up that I had to go to another salon right away to have it fixed. My "stylist" had no idea what she was doing. First painful haircut Ive ever had also. I think the positive reviews were written by people that work there. If you want a bad haircut by a rude person that smells like cigarettes, RUN - dont walk - to Great Clips!

I have been taking my 3 boys to Great Clips since they opened. In the beginning they were doing a wonderful job! After a few bad experiences I continued to give them several chances but after today I will NEVER take my children there again. They would have gotten a better haircut from a dog groomer! Needless to say I had very unhappy kids. If your looking for quality dont waste your time!

Hair stylist was nice but her blades were so sharp. Theres no way she didnt see this on my neck. Its been a few hours and it still hurts really bad. Again, the stylist was super nice, but thats poor management on the equipment. Now its going to be a long uncomfortable night. I read the previous reviews and went against my gut.

Ive had two haircuts here, from two different people, and disliked it both times. I ended up cutting off, what seemed to be a small poodle, from my last cut and despite having no hair cutting experience, liked it more than the cut I received @ Great Clips.

2 stars instead of 1 because I didnt have to shave my head and start over. But the fade was uneven, the lady was condescending when I told her my line of work, and the prices arent any cheaper than other local, quality options.

I love my haircut from Great Clips! My stylist did exactly what I wanted and did a good job of it too. She did cut off more than what I anticipated but I realized that it was all dead hair and now Im in love with my hair.

Never go there. They dont know what tapered or faded means. I told them 3 on the sides and back and taper it to my neck. She gives me a 1 on the sides and back and nothing like 2 inches before neck.
