I went in on Saturday evening I was the only client. It was a younger woman and an older woman. I usually go by with who has their own hair nice. When I showed her the pic video I wanted I said I have something simpler. She said we can try the first one. After I noticed my hair didnt get a thorough shampoo I knew I was in trouble. After she finished, I looked it was nothing close even though it wasnt dry. I knew it was uneven on the longer side and and inches too long on the other. I just wanted to leave. I was trying to be nice to make convo because normally Im harsh. But my son was with me. Hes very ill and didnt wish to upset him. I asked about the smile guarantee?! But now I would never let anyone there cut my hair. Maybe wax or something. My hair is almost embarrassing!!!

Horrible!! Horrible!!! My wifes hair was Butchered!!!! I dont understand how they could cut off a foot of hair and take out chunks and think its ok!! Dont go here!!!!
