Horrible service! Dropped off pants to patch a hole. I paid up front for the service. Then I go to pick up my pants 2 weeks later and NOTHING was done. The lady at the front told me the price I paid was wrong and they needed more money for the job. So instead of calling me to tell me this or repairing my pants, they just let them sit in the shop for 2 weeks. Royal waste of time.

My Go-to Jacket was ruined by this cleaner. The clerk was unsure if they could clean the jacket due to the fabric content. I was assured they wouldnt clean it if they had doubts. I had to pay up front to use my discount coupon. The jacket turned into something that resembles paper not leather. I was not refunded for services or loss of jacket.
