I went in with the hair in the first picture and asked for a *trim*, stating that it was left in my eyes at my last cut and I would like it shaped around my eyes so that I can see, but I didnt want a straight across haircut like a child, This is what I was left with after she made a series of uneven cuts and i told her to stop. I was literally crying in the chair as she blow-dried the rest, and wasnt even offered a complementary cut as consolation. I have an important event in 28 days, and this is NOT what I needed. I went home washed dried and re-cut it myself, and thankfully it looks presentable now, but I would highly recommend avoiding this salon

I will never go back to this place!!! The lady cutting my hair kept pulling my hair!! My head kept shaking! After I got out I had a headache. To make it worse when I got home she didnt do my layers good!! Definitely dont recommend . They arent friendly either.

The only reason it got a star is because u had to give it something. Most lopsided haircut Ive ever had. Terrible!
