I brought in my dress whites over 6 weeks ago and it came back with pressed marks in 4 different locations on my top and my pants were badly wrinkled. I went back in and got it redone. The second time, my top was still the same (4 pressed marks, both chest pockets, upper arm and lower arm) and now my pants had a yellow stain on the right back pocket. Left it to get redone a third time and low and behold, same 4 press (permanent) marks and my pants pocket still had a yellow stain and now the front part of it had a yellow stain also. At this point it is just getting ridiculous and I have no idea how or why I let them try and fix it a fourth time but I did. I come back and same 4 press marks are still there, the stains are gone on my pants but now the hemming on the pants leg is completely gone. No evidence of it ever being done. I let the front desk clerk know that I need to speak to the manager or owner and was told they would give me a call. Well its been over a week now and I give them a call only to be told that the manager is on vacation now. WOW, this place is ridiculous. Dont ever come here, EVER. I get that mistakes happen and business should be given an opportunity to fix the problem, but 4 times?!! Also, to not get a call from the manager, the owner, or at least someone/anyone from the business is just plain unprofessional.

The Zoots drycleaners at the NAB Little Creek location has ruined many, many of my expensive clothing items to include two of my bed comforters. In addition, they are not good at taking responsibility for their mistakes and rectifying the problems in a timely manner. I do not recommend this drycleaners to anyone. Note: Dryclean at your own RISK. Update: 09/2010 Although many of my clothes were ruined by this drycleaners to include my bed comforters. Zoots did finally take responsibility and issue me a full-refund in the amount of the comforter.

We just moved near Zoots at JEB Base Little Creek and it seemed very convenient. However, they ruined expensive, brand new, custom made curtains for my sons room that were purchased with the idea we would have them for a long time. Zoots said they would be so gracious as to not charge us for the cleaning. Wow, thanks for nothing. ***HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS PLACE!***

If you want your Dress Whites to be destroyed beyond belief, look no further! This place not only screwed up my uniform but only offered and redo and not a refund. Why would I want a place like this redo my uniform? Currently working with BBB to get a refund from this sleazy company.

Weve been taking uniforms here the past 3 or 4 times and havent had any issues. Nothing exceptional but nothing terrible at all. We will continue using this service as it is conveniently on base.

AWFUL! Go anywhere else. Completely destroyed our comforter, I reached out to the manager and she never responded.

Okay cleaner. A little pricy. Dont give them your email address. They will spam you to death!
