I check Google for reviews on most places I go and found all reviews for dry cleaners were negative ones for the Dover area. I wanted to change this. Capital Cleaners is a small dry cleaners with a very friendly staff. They helped me with my suits and shirts reviewing them with an expert eye telling me issues they saw and promised to do there best to correct them. In my case despite there promise of 24 hour turn around they promised to take there time and do there best to correct the issue to one of my shirts which I especially liked. I didnt feel like I was being used or was just a number which I think is something special. Something to note though. Google has there URL wrong. That capital cleaners of the URL is one up in OHIO and the coupons they off are not valid in Dover. If you see a swirl in the title it isnt the website for this Dover location.

The worse around been back a total of six times for stains on 3 shirts! The stains got bigger since they were dropped off then gave back to me with stains on them! Drive home for the second time to find this bring them back again! Pick up once again still have the original stain on a shirt and has a note best we can do? No refund no apology nothing but an attitude from lady working there as if not her problem and gives me a number and tells me I have to go to a different location to talk to supervisor but have to wait till Monday! So 3 weeks since original drop off and got the shirts back the same way! Save your money $5.85 a shirt yea right Ill be going somewhere else! Worse service ever!!!

Even though they charged twice as much as everyone else and took far longer, they assured me they would do a good job cleaning my comforter. It had no stains, just was dirty from use. After 2 weeks, I went to pick it up to find they didnt even get the dirt out. I spoke to them about it, and even the manager didnt care, and said they couldnt get it out. So...a dry cleaner who cant even get regular dirt out?? AND they charge more and take longer. Score.
