WARNING: BAD customer service! This was my first time at this laundromat. I came to wash two oversized quilts that dont fit in my washing machine at home. I put them both in the biggest washer they have for $6.25 a load. After placing in all 26 quarters, the machine didnt start and when I pushed the knob again, it said to put in money, like I had not just done so. I found 2 people who worked there and neither could help me because they didnt speak English. I waited about 10 minutes for the manager to get off the phone and she then accused me of not paying AND not "doing it right"!!!!! She did put more money in the machine, but smugly said that she was going to check the security camera and I said please do. She never came back to apologize!!

This place is great its quiet most the time people are very polite there workers and just people doing laundry nice little parking area they have good vending machines if you run out of laundry soap they have plenty of different sense and brands and theyre not that expensive washing machines and dryers are always clean even the kids behave themselves and that laundromat if you need a place to go and you want to read your book this is a laundromat to go to nice flat screen TV so you can watch TV I think theyre right up there on the top of my list

Ive been going to solar for almost a year and Ill say this Im very pleased.. This place is very nice and clean.every time Ive picked my clothes up they are neatly folded and smell very good! A couple days ago I dropped my clothes off and 10 min later I got a call saying I left money in my pants I get there and they handed me 200.00 they are so loyal and trustworthy! Nobody else would of return that kind of money their great! They will always get my service every week! Best in the area hands down and very affordable

Do not go to this place, very very uncaring. Machine would not work, and my clothing stuck inside. Attendant was trying to be helpful, but could not fix problems. Owner, and maintenance were not willing to come and fix. Said would not be there for 8 hours to attend to problem. I had to personally take front of machine off. Owner said we have jobs, so do the rest of us. Buzzy bubbles is right down the street. Better parking here. Will never go here again.

I do not agree with some of these comments, this business is amazing. I know that if I go in and wash my own clothes or if I pay for them to be washed that I am going to receive amazing service. Every time I pay for the wash and fold service my clothes is perfectly folded and some even steamed and ironed, not to mention the appearance of the laundry itself. I am so glad this business has opened for the Pottstown/Stowe area we needed a place like this.

Very disappointed today. My clothes did not dry in the dryer and they were umwilling to give me my money back to use in another dryer. I come here all the time and lose quarters here and there but never say anything but this time i did and they refused.

Disappointed, I used them to launder for me. Their rates are by weight and the charged me for 4.4 lbs over what the laundry actually weighed. Then refused to adjust the charges. Please beware if you choose to use their services.
