Took a new pair of Joes jeans to them (first time I had them cleaned, worn only for a few weeks) and when I picked them up, found the Joes emblem corroded with a green substance. Looks like it is copper, so this could easily be a result of chemicals, excess water, or anything. The woman at the front scraped at it with her nail for a bit before taking it to the back -- I said I would return after my lunch next door at the Windsor Deli (great food). After lunch I was told that "because she didnt see anything when I dropped the garment off and could not tell if it came this way or not..." then shrugged her shoulders as if to say go away. I argued with her for a little while trying to explain what copper was until she started pretending she could not understand my English anymore and I gave up. Unfortunately for me, she had scoffed at my desire to pay by credit when I first picked up the jeans, so I (knowing credit costs them extra) in good faith, paid by cash. Im sure I can fix this at home with an old toothbrush but I am completely DISMAYED at their LACK of interest in correcting the issue -- or even apologizing for the possibility that they did this. I WILL NOT BE VISITING "STYLE CLEANERS" AGAIN. Garment #3062 D 1 Pants 4/30/2009

We switched to Style Cleaners after our other dry-cleaning service of nine years closed their doors. I am very pleased with Styles service and they have been very friendly and accommodating to my wife and I each of the 30+ times weve used them in the past year and a half.
