I had a horrible experience at the the Virginia Beach Zoots. I picked a little red cocktail dress up dirty and in worse condition that when I dropped it off. They said they would fix it, they didnt do a very good job the second time around either. The spots that was a result of there horrible job the first time did come out but the pleats in the dress looked worse. They basically ironned out all of the small pleats and ironned in horribly large ones that made the dress look awful and not sit right. The lady then told me that I could call the head manager, I said yes I would like to. She stood there until I asked for the number, which she had to call and get from someone else. I called the number before 5pm (EST) on a Friday with no answer and no way to leave a message. My cocktail dress is basically ruined and Zoots didnt do anything about it. Zoots has lost my business and I will be sure to pass the word around as well. Thank you very much, your very upset customer

This Cleaners was one Of The Worst experiences I Have ever Had At An Establishment, I Had Purchased Two Brand New Shirts For A Special Occasion, One Cost $ 100 And The Other $34. I asked them Just To Press Them For Me Nothing Else. Three Days Later I Picked Them Up The Lady Was Acting Very Funny Towards Me I Took Them To My Car Looked At Them And They Were Ruined The $100 Dollar Shirt Was Covered With Stains and The Other Was Missing Two Buttons . I WAS FURIOUS , I Asked What Happened No Explanation I Asked For A refund, She Says You Have To Bring In Receipts. The Next Day I returned With My Receipts, Then They Said They Didnt Have Any Cash There! It Took Them Nearly A Month To Give Me My Money, No Empathy No Sympathy Just Plain Nastiness, I Never Ever Went There Again , Horrible People. Va Beach Location, on Va Beach Blvd !

I brought a high end suit to the zoots location on the Little Creek base. I asked for it to be dry cleaned and pressed and it came back looking like it was ran through a dryer at the laundromat. It was so bad I was worried it was ruined, but thankfully another cleaner in the area was able to get it looking good again. I guess you should use zoots if you like to gamble.

I went during normal posted business hours to pick up and drop off some items. I was able to pick up but when I tried to drop off one item I was told that everything was already closed out and I was refused service. It is quite unprofessional to close before posted hours.

Dress Whites came back wrinkled and all patches were pressed so I had to iron out double creases, rating patch front and back and hash marks front and back on both arms as well as double pockets on the front and back. Its like they didnt even try... twice.

Overpriced and they put creases in the patches of my uniform shirts. The creases arent even centered. I asked them not to put creases in them and on two separate occasions they came back with creases. Clearly, they cant follow directions. Wont returm.

I used to love this place but over the years they have become more expensive. I found a cleaners right around the corner that is more affordable. Zoots make your service more affordable please!

Paid $35 to have a down comforter cleaned. Received it back with the exact same stains on it, noticed no improvement. I would not recommend.
