I only went to this cleaners because it was close by at the time and based on the reviews. I took my wedding dress which was a very simple dress to be clean, the dress had dirt along the bottom but its wasnt crazy dirty. They "cleaned"according to them. It was in a my garment bag so when i check it the dress had the same stains around the bottom and wasnt even pressed. I call the manager letting him know that i had to take it to another cleaners because they didnt clean it and the stain is there... He says they cleaned it and that stain couldnt be removed. He was very rude despite the fact i was being pleasant despite being ripped off. I took my dress to Millwoods off of Great Neck where i should have took it in the first place. They were extremely proffessional and the dress was cleaned and pressed... It looked great! Also the associate at Millwoods mentioned it doesnt seem as if it was clean. We did return to payless cleaners and the two employees were nice and handle as well as they could. They refunded me half which is fine but i wouldnt recommend its not worth the hassle. I would give them zero stars but a gave them one because after it was all said and done the associates handled it better than the manager did.

Great service for Military Personnel I am a Marine and had a last minute tailoring service needed and they did it right away. Took good care of me great prices for same day service and great tailoring service beats the other guys it a Military friendly place I will most deferentially continue going there and recommend it to my peers. Oooorraaahhh

I went in there for the first time. I was simpley amazed how friendly the customer service was. It felt like ive known them for years. Service is alot more organized and the turn around time is faster than both zoots and albanos. Anytime I need something dry cleaned I go here. THEY EVEN DO MILITARY UNIFORMS!!!

Ive been meaning to write a review. I came here back in November to get all my husbands suits dry cleaned as a birthday present and they did a great job! They got it done pretty quickly and they even fixed a stitch on one of his coats! I love this place and I will definitely be coming back to them.

I just had the BEST experience here! The customer service is outstanding! They even offered to bring my clothes out to me since I had two babies with me. I cant express enough how much I love this place! Best customer service experience I have had in a long time!

I scheduled a pickup at my house, which is pretty out of the way from this cleaners (20 min). Not only did the pickup/delivery person actually arrive on-time, but they sent a courtesy text to make sure I was home. Will keep dealing with their service!

I am in the military and DESPERATELY needed my pants hemmed and some patches switched out. They did this same day for me AFTER the store was supposed to be closed! AND they didnt charge me a crazy fee. I am a new loyal customer!!! :)
