Our HIGH-TECH laundry machine FAILED us yesterday. The Soap-N-Suds on Holland Rd. was the closest to home so I gave it a shot. Grabbed anything resembling a quarter and off I went with 3 huge bags of laundry and a heavy pocket of Washingtons. When I got there I realized just how long its been since Ive been to a laundry mat. NO quarters needed - credit card and laundry cards! Crap! To my delight, the attendant, Francine noted that I looked a bit "confused" and came to my rescue. She got me going with the card and all my loads started. I had 5 machines ready to go when she looked at me and said, "Three will do it". Anyway, got out of there for much less $$ than if I had winged it on my own. Francine was very friendly, HELPFUL, and pleasant to deal with. The premises were very clean too.

This afternoon was the first time Ive ever visited this location. I must say that Mrs. Francine, the attendant, was absolutely PHENOMINAL. The establishment was clean, her customer service was exquisite, and the time it took for my clothes was short. Not only was the attendant superb, but there was a maintenance gentleman on staff ensuring the equipment was functioning properly. I went only to clean laundry, but left with a couple of friends and a dear customer! Kudos 2 U !!!!!!!!! Again ABSOLUTELY PHENOMINAL......

DO NOT hand attendant $$. VaBeachMom is nicer and more circumspect than I am. I was ripped off. Attendant did not explain the set up. Asked for $9.00 (6 for washing 3 for drying). Made me feel grateful because she accepted quarters. I had no idea. I gave her $9.00. She handled the laundry card; I was clueless. Shift changed, new attendant with new customer explained rates. I handed the first attendant $9.00 for $5.50 worth of laundry. Do I feel gullible? You bet.

Fair Pricing, Clean and Safe. Just stopped by Soaps-N-Suds to wash my comforter, bed sheet and some pillow cases. ($5.99 to wash and $0.72 to dry) This location is very clean and complete. They have everything you need althouhh I bought my soap and fabric softener from farm fresh across the street. The card thing to use the machines are very easy to understand and there is instructions wherever you go. By far the best laundromat Ive been to.

Use it every week, cleanest ones, self service and full service options, everything is well maintained, free Wi-Fi, plenty of places to sit, plenty of carts except for during select times on the weekends, usually the queen washers are open depending on the time you go but theres only four, always have decent TV on, okay corner road access, clean exterior, great service, amazing all around

Very clean and Peggy was so incredibly sweet. She helped me figure out the machines and even gave me some of her own detergent to use since everything of mine is still being moved here from California. There are nice booths where the kids and I sat and had snacks while we waited. The machines worked well and quickly, and before we knew it, everything was ready to go home!

I have been to alot of laundromat in my time this is one of best ones I have been to it has free Wi-Fi and the machine are clean and all work. I had my son with me and most time he has nothing to do but there was alot of kids around and he was having fun playing with them. I have no problem spending my money at this place or telling my friend and family about it.

It was nice and cleaning in here the attendant was very friendly and the washing machines and dryers look fairly new and in good working order and the prices to use the machines are very reasonable Ive washed the comforter and the medium-to-large sized wash machine and I was pleased with the price and also with the drying times

The attendant has a great attitude, but she was too helpful! Be sure to hold on to your "Laundry Card" and you take care of your laundry. IF money is no issue, still keep your card, and tip her at the end... I never handled my card, and, I hate to admit it, I dont know how much (if any) money is left on the card!

I am not from the area and this is the first time i have used a noncoin laundrymat, all i can say is CONFUSING! However having said that the lady whose name i didnt catch was amazing and so very helpful. I felt safe and like i was in a very clean and upscale place. Way to go!

Today was my first visit, and I must say I will be going back!!! The laundrymat was super clean and the attendant... Tiffany was awesome she was very sweet and so helpful she made my visit a pleasure she even helped me fold my clothes keep up the good work

You pay a dollar to get their card and cant get that back. All the pricing per load for the machines is not explained well, and in my opinion there are other places that are cheaper with comparable washers and dryers. Wont be coming here again.

Its expensive. I could not even wash my comforters and a large load of towels for $20. What a ripoff. I used copious amounts of detergent and softener, 5 capfuls each for a 5 load washer, they still didnt smell good like home-washing.

I just cant believe how nice it is in this place, especially, cuz its a laundromat! Old school laundromats were, well, not a place Id like to be! This place is clean, air conditioned & most of the staff are friendly & helpful!

Today was my first ever experience at a laundry facility that did not take coins. The WHOLE experience was great! SO whoever the lady was working today noon-ish WAS GREAT! She was one Ms. Hospitality! :)

The lady was very short and rude with me. She went outside several times while I was there to sit in her car. I am not impressed at all. I will not return and I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Price on washer is 5.99 but actually charges you a dollar more. Either change price to reflect actual charge or go back and refund money to cards for the overcharge.

Great place...takes about an hour for two loads...25 minutes to wash and 20 minutes to dry. Not too expensive either. Its not a very busy place either!

They have a lot of machines so there is usually no wait. The facility seems new and clean, plus they have flat screens and free WiFi.

I was able to wash 12 loads of laundry for under 40 bucks which including blankets and pillows in about 1 hour

Very convenient cost an arm and a leg to wash and dry with them sud money cards. But its worth it
