I went in and asked for a simple haircut, I left with the worst hack job of a haircut that I have ever gotten. The lady that cut my hair kept stopping to text in the middle of my haircut and did not give me what I asked for at all. I paid just so that I could leave. I was so unhappy that I return 15 min later and asked for a refund. She said "We dont do that here," so i asked to speak with a manager. She said "We are self-employed here." So I asked for the owner and she refused. The lady that cut my hair name was Renee. I went down the street to another shop and had to pay another stylist to fix my hair.
