Thanks again! • Overall impression: 10/10 • As a prior military member I have high expectations for my outfits, I look for button imprints, burn marks, and creases. They do a Great job here and I will continue to go back. • Staff Friendliness: 10/10 • Ive not returned to many businesses simply because the staff didnt give me a friendly greeting but at Holland cleaners they are a truly friendly staff, which is key for me. Ill always return to a business when Im greeted with smiling face and a great attitude!

They have horrible customer service and dont have your items ready by the time given in the receipt. The employees dont seem to care and tell you that there is nothing they can do about it. My problem was that they didnt contact me that it would take longer for my items to be done, and I was informed that they only call if they run into a problem. I would suggest that if the employees had to re-clean my items, they should of contacted me. Instead I arrived on time for my items and the employee searched and searched until she realized that they had not even started on them. Therefore I had to wait for an additional 5 days to get my items.

New review - holland cleaners owner responded to my initially negative and low review with a sincere apology and fixed the problem with my husbands uniform and reimbursed us in full. The owner strives to please the customers! Decent establishment. Previous review "My husband had a very important ceremony tomorrow and we went to holland cleaners for their good reviews. Well his shirt has button imprints on the back of his shirt, there are lines on the front of his shirt and his pant clip is gone! Just gone.. They had a quick turn around, but its slightly useless given the state of his uniform. :/ "

Ive been using Holland Cleaners for a few months now. I love the delivery service here in Chesapeake. Ted, the driver, is professional and very sweet. I sent in my white linen jacket with leather sleeves this summer. It came back looking better than when I first purchased it. Im very happy with the service and the results. Great job!!
