So, Ill preface this with my thought that bad reviews far outweigh good reviews because those are the experiences that motivate people to get some sort of justice. That said, heres my horrible experience with Nobel Cleaners: Right before my honeymoon, I take almost the entirety of my dress clothes to be laundered, two suits, two pairs of pants, and 10 dress shirts. As I drive away, I noticed that I was charged for 20 shirts instead of 10, so I return to correct the receipt. When I get back to the store, Im instructed that I am to correct the bill at the time that they ring it up, and that its my fault that the mistake was made. Strange, I thought, that they would be so defensive and blame me for a mistake that they clearly made, but I shrugged it off - my wedding and honeymoon was soon! When we got back, my wife picked up my clothes without a problem. Over the next two weeks, I wore through my shirts and suits, and started to notice that the brand new shirts that we bought right before we left had cracked and missing buttons. I thought this was strange, because the shirts hadn’t been worn yet. I assumed it was a mistake, wore through all the clothes, and when I found all the missing and cracked buttons, I returned to the store with shirts in hand. This time, there was a younger guy behind the counter, I explained to him what happened, and he explained to me that I would have to pay for them. I asked the simple question "I have to pay for these to be fixed, when you guys broke them?" and he agreed that since these shirts had only been cleaned once, that they should replace them. At this time the older lady comes out the back, and I have to re-explain what they have done, and what I would like them to do. She, once again explains to me that buttons break, even if theyre $80 shirts, and if I was a regular customer, they would fix this, but since this was only my 3rd time in that I would need to pay for it. I tried to explain that this was not from repeated washing, this was the first time, and frankly that Im a young professional with many many dress shirts in front of me, but to no avail. She rang up the bill for the repairs, and it came to a grand total of $6. To recap, Noble Cleaners messed up about 4 of my shirts, denied responsibility, and tried to get me to pay for it. On top of that, they lost 40 years of cleaning my dress shirts for $6. Heres how an intelligent business owner would of handled this: "Im very sorry that we made this mistake, we here at Noble Cleaners guarantee the quality of our work, if you find any buttons that are broken or missing please bring them in and we will fix them. As an apology, please let us launder these shirts for free, and we hope that you will consider us in the future." That attitude would have made them thousands of dollars on me over the years; unfortunately Nobel Cleaners is run by rude and inconsiderate owners that will hopefully run them out of business. Avoid at all costs, and let me know if you find another cleaner nearby that takes credit for their mistakes and steps up to the bat. As a side note, if youre curious the mistake they made, when they pressed the shirts, they used too high of heat. This compromises the integrity of all my shirts, and Im not sure if this is common place, but they keep the stays in my collars, baking and burning them in. How they ripped of some of the buttons Im not sure, and how they could have not noticed this and fixed it is yet another sign that these people hate your money, and do not want you to give it to them.

This is probably the best cleaners I have finally come across. its sad to see these complaints on here because of the wonderful job that they do provide. The woman at the front counter is so sweet and caring. I have been a customer now for 5 years and although I have moved away from that area I still commute back to that cleaners once a week because they are so amazing and handle my clothes with care, There is also a Wegmans right across the street so that is even a better reason for me to make it all the way out there. They were even nice enough to me to rush my clothes and get it back the next day for the emergency business trip I had to go on. She is very understand and also amazing with my children whenever they go in teh store with me as well. That is the best Drycleaners around and Im glad I have come across them!

My wife went in the other day to pick up our clothes, and the woman there wouldnt give her my suit right away. She said it "wasnt on the ticket". While my wife panicked that they had misplaced a $2000 suit, the woman finally says "oh your husband came in later and dropped it off, we dont want your clothes lady". Well Ive never been to this dry cleaner, so that would be a lie (or an alternative fact depending on your political persuasion). Ive never taken the time to review a dry cleaner before but this dry cleaner was incredibly rude and unapologetic. Suffice to say I dont trust them with our clothes anymore, will be taking our business elsewhere.

Ive used many dry cleaners to launder my dress shirts and pants over the past 30 years, and this is probably the best! Because of the heat that is used to press the shirts, most cleaners routinely break buttons – especially on the cuffs, but in 3 years, I think Ive only had 2 or 3 broken buttons – which is amazing. And some cleaners use too much starch, and that causes your shirts to wear-out fast, because the creased edges start to break-down, but I havent had that problem either. The business is family-owned, and everyone is always very friendly. 5 Stars!

This woman is extremely rude whenever I drop off items to be altered or cleaned. I was able to look past the rudeness because it was convenient for me. I went in today because she cut my left pant leg 2" shorter than my right. She claimed she never did an alteration for me and argued over $10. Customer service was always poor, and now they are unable to produce a quality product.

I have given them several tries and have been dissatisfied each time. Recently, I picked up a pair of white slacks that had the tag apologizing because they could not remove a couple of faint spots. Took the slacks to Riverside Dry Cleaners in Bel Camp and they came back petfect. Also, the woman that works the counter at Noble Dry Cleaners in Abingdon is not friendly at all.

Ive been going there every few weeks for over 6 years and have always been very happy with them. Ive had them do everything from my dress shirts, cleaning our bed comforter, pressing my sons graduation gown, and alterations like replacing zippers or other sewing and theyve always done a nice job and been very fair with pricing.

They burnt two of my Sunday shirts and said it must have been me(5 burn marks on the cuffs). Then she stated I must have taken the shirts secretly to another dry cleaner and they put the burns on the cuffs. She seems nice but when mistakes are made its your fault. I am going to another dry cleaner.
