Horrific experience for the first time. I had completed my last dry when closing time was approaching estimating 45 mins before the Laundromat close as i was taking my clothes from out the dryer when the laundry attendant swepted all the dust and dirt that was left behind into the corner near the dryer and table were i was gathering my clothes to leave , she then turn on the economy fan blowing everything that she purposely swept so that i would hurry up. I explained to her that the fan was blowing all the dust and dirt on me and my clothes she replied; were closed! So i immediately began to quickly gather up my clothes and attempted to get as much information i could to report the incident. Im advising everyone to please be mindful of the behavior of the attendant and how badly i was treated, near me there were another lady with her infant daughter asleep and she showed no regards.

DO NOT TO HERE. Extremely disrespectful. The facility may seem clean, but they dont clean their washing machines. We had called and asked how often they cleaned their machines, a fairly common questioninwouks assume, and the lady on the phone went off and started yelling about how it wasnt our business and she wouldnt discuss it with us... SKETCHY.

Ive been going here for about 7 years. I moved a little further away but still travel to this laundromat. Its by far THE best Ive ever been to...the cleanest!!!! They constantly clean the machines throughout the day. The employees are very nice, hardworking and helpful. I love this place.

Rude af point blank period. If youve never had a problem with them, ask yourself have you ever had to interact with them? Id go for the facility but dont leave your stuff there too long and dont expect any customer service out of them

Marion VA located in Hampton is clean well-lit the service providers are excellent they have Wi-Fi and to gray television suspended its just a nice clean facility and very affordable

Cheap machines, very clean, tons of space and convenient snack and drink machines...I travel all over and this is by far the best laundry mat Ive ever been to.

Impolite,they touched my gson sippy cup that was on top of the washing machine and put it in a basket turned over and all the juice leaked out on..smh..
