I was hesitant to go to the Wash house in Victory Blvd. after I reading some of the reviews. I went anyway. Seldom go laundry place so I am not familiar wit the card system. Placed $20 and got me a card. Read the tip posted on the wall to quickly insert the card. Tried to insert the card several times but each time I will do it would instruct me to re-insert. After several failed attempts another light came out indicating that I have "low funds." How could this happen? Im getting frustrated. I look for the person manning the Wash house. I explained to Vance what actually happened. He made a phone call outside to report the incident. I was very impressed on how this incident was handled. The man from outside talked to me and even assured me that they will take care of it. My kudos go to Vance!!!!! He delivered what the man from outside and him have talked and agreed upon. I was able to accomplish the things that I want to do that night and went home very satisfied.

Had my clothes in the dryer and went to the food lion to get some cash back. I was literally gone for 7 minutes because I put my clothes on 45 minutes and when I came back it was on 38 minutes. Someone removed my clothes out the dryer and put them in a cart. So I asked the people why did they take my clothes out and they told me the guy who worked there told them to because my clothes been in there. So I asked him and he was like they have been in there and left for hours. I looked at him like he lost his damn mind and I demanded my money back and my clothing to be dried free. Or I was calling management. He gave me the hardest time and we really sat there until someone came. We had to get camera footage out and everything. I am talking about the tall black guy who smells dusty and always walking around with a gun on his hip. Havent been back since. That guy is a joke. But I got my money back for my wash and my dry.

Usually try using during the day but had an emergency & needed to do laundry before leaving town & theyre closed! What the hallelujah is that...WiFi needs to work if advertised & bathroom should be available as well. Keep trying...sign says closed til Friday, its Friday @ 2o7 a.m.

The facility was dirty, card machine did not work and the man working this morning has a very nasty attitude blowing his stank breath and rolled his eyes because I asked him to help me with the card machines which wouldnt take my money. Smh some people these days.

The floors are trifling... Its trash EVERYWHERE!!! The card machine doesnt work.. No one is here to assist me...the tables are nasty. I have to stand up because Im too scared to sit down anywhere.!!

Theyve just changed their payment methods by using new card. I had $20 in my old card but they wont let me refund it. They took my money, and their toilet is always lock.

This place is decent because it is open 24 hours which makes it convienent. The area isnt the best but havent had any problems here overall
