we were in town for our daughters AAU basketball tournament and needed to wash uniforms since we were staying at a nearby hotel without laundry facilities. The woman who was working there, was so nice and helpful. I wish i had asked for her name so i could be sure she gets the proper kudos from her employer. She definitely deserves it. Thank you!

I used the Soap N Suds on River Road in Keizer, Oregon. It charged my credit card THREE TIMES! Its not the loss of money as much as the frustration of knowing nobody will ever get back to me. I have my credit card statement to prove it. Will NEVER use their car wash again and will warn others to stay away.

Most of the attendants there are nice enough and are even lenient on taking your time but one of them had all the makings of a bitter old hag. Rude stick in the mud who clearly doesnt know how to treat people.

If I could give them no stars I would...machines ate almost $10 and they couldnt give me my money back!!!!...Three of the washing machines I tried didnt work!!!

Not as big nor nice as other ones but too bad. Machines are definitely bit as new as the other stores. Prices are also slightly different here.

Has to be one of the worst laundry places ever has bugs crawling on the floor. Also the staff doesnt know how to treat their customer.

I enjoy washing heavy load items such as queen/king size comforters. Is is soo easy and quick. The attendant was very helpful.

They dont take coins. You need to buy a card and put money on the card. Not helpful when you only need to wash or dry one time
