Terrible experience. They ruined 3 of my dress shirts: 2 with stains on them that weren’t there before and one with a cut in the fabric. They tried multiple times to get the stains out but were unsuccessful. I requested either a refund or some type of credit for future cleaning, but they refused to accommodate either. I would have expected better service for someone who has been a repeat customer. Never using them again.

they are the worst I am giving 1 star because otherwise I cant post anything they have lost 2 pair of pants, 3 shirts and 1 polo shirt and refused to even admit it, much less refund me their value they have torn buttons off my shirts and told me "were not responsible" they routinely misplace my laundry and their answer is "the computer doesnt show anything" there is no worse place for your clothes than this

Best dry cleaners in cobble hill by far!!! Have tried all of them! Some have lost items, changed the texture of my clothes compleatly and srunck thingseven when they are dry cleaned. Sent a lot of cashmere in to clean before storing and it all came back feeling amazingly soft!

This is by far the best cleaners in Cobble Hill. Professional, quick, easy and open for lots of hours. Just wish it was a tad cheaper. Worth it for delivery options!
