I purchased my vacuum last year and Im very happy with the product and service. They were very helpful explaining how to care for the vacuum and made sure I had all the bags and filters needed for a year. I recently took it back in for the warranteed service check and the vacuum checked out beautifully. I just wished the cleanings were included!

They stand by their products and repair work.. As a small business owner here in Williamsburg, I respect the care I received from my dealings with this store!!

After working with Chuck, I now realize how good customer service can be. I was working with a field sales rep and he never had the right stuff in that van of his. I am a happy customer now that I have had the chance to work directly with the store. I think they let him go, good move Aerus. Good riddance to bad rubbish.
