If you want friendly, polite service, at an affordable price with a reputation you can believe in - this is NOT the place for you. Take your business somewhere else. Your wallet and your clothes deserve better. The people that run this place are mean - absolutely rude. They have no price consistency and are unreliable. I gave them my silk, dry clean only bedspread to be cleaned, and turns out someone not only WASHED it but ruined it in the process. And I was still held responsible for the nearly $40 bill. Thats right, they wanted me to pay for them ruining my comforter. Whats more, you never really know how much theyre going to charge you. Sure, they have a price board, but when you ask the price, it turns out its more than advertised and the manager simply hasnt gotten around to updating it. This shop is right down the street from me, but I rather take my business elsewhere to save the time and headache of dealing with this "business".

If I could give a zero I would. This place is horrible. I gave them two jackets. One military jacket and the other was my wifes. When I picked it up 6 days later my jacket was not thoroughly cleaned and my wifes jacket was damaged. When I stated there was an issue the employee laughed and said "that wasnt our fault". I described that I wanted her coat fixed that they damaged and she began get very hostile saying that I would have to pay regardless. Judging by just reading the other comment now I feel the only thing consistent about this place is our reviews. Please do not go here. It is just as expensive to go to admiral cleaners in Annapolis and have great service and quicker results.

Stopped going here years ago when they changed owners. New owner does terrible work and doesnt care about customer service.
