My husband and I used to love coming to this particular soap and suds every single week. But one night we went the manager and I got into it so bad, I couldnt believe how someone could be so disrespectful to a paying customer. This manager brings her daughter to work, the daughter wears a soap and suds shirt so I assume she works their I asked her a question and she had a nasty attitude as if I was bothering her from listing to her music(she had headphones in her ears) at that point Im like okay its late maybe she had a long day.. shake it off.. I had another question about the card machine, so I asked the mom(manager) the lady had a pissy attitude as well. At that point, I asked the lady what was her problem she started yelling at me and all. I let her have it! I contracted headquarters and havent heard anything since. I will never return again.. or give the whole sop and suds franchise any of my heard earn money! Point blank period!

$5.72 for one large washer that does 6 loads in 18 minutes. All machines take a laundry card, no coins. Laundry card machine takes cash or credit card; no change is given. The card itself costs $1.00, but the attendant had an extra one that she let me have. $0.44 per 8 minutes in the dryer. The Laundry attendant was very kind and helpful. There is one Pac-Man arcade game that costs $0.50 to play and one claw arcade game that costs $0.25 to play. One snack machine with $1.00 chips and candies and one soda vending. There is also a car wash in the parking lot and a Happy Shopper convience store across Seldendale Drive.

Wow! I understand inflation but 44 cents for a lousy 10 minutes to dry.... highway robbery! We visited the location on pembroke and that one its even worse! Each dryer took almost an hour each!

Clean, working machines including capacities from normal to enormous. They have the machines for your load!

Car wash is useless. Doesnt do a good job at all and definitely dont pay extra to dry your vehicle!
