We just bought an older home that was in serious need of a kitchen overhaul. Long story short, we wanted to shop around for the best ideas. We had 4 contractors lined up for this past tuesday, the last one being Kitchen Emporium at 4pm. When scheduling our appointment with KE, we made it clear that we had other people giving estimates and that our last appointment that we already had scheduled was at 3pm. "Well, why dont I get there at 4 then?" said Kitchen Emporium. He showed up just as our 3 oclock appointment was finishing up and waited until that contractor left to tell us that he wouldnt be doing any measurements, that he didnt want our business and that it was just bad business on our part to have 2 contractors there at the same time. It must be really nice to have enough business to be able to pick and choose who you want to work for. If that is the case, then that is an awesome position to be in. I guess since our home is an older home, built in 1946, and that maybe we were a bit on the younger side, maybe we didnt look like we would fit the bill of his normal customers. We have ALOT we want to do to update this home and cash to do every bit of it, so to me, that isnt really the best business in the world to turn down cash. Money is money, no matter who it comes from.

If I could give 10 stars to Kitchen Emporium, I would. I have done business with many contractors in my life and my kitchen remodel was the best experience I have ever had. I did a lot of research over the past year trying to find a reputable, affordable and innovative kitchen remodeler; I found that in Rob at Kitchen Emporium. The job came in on budget (almost to the penny), on time and every time a plumber, carpenter, plasterer, etc was scheduled, they showed up on time and did meticulous work. They were friendly, professional and all were incredibly impressive in their attention to detail and cleanliness. Rob helped me achieve a more efficient, beautiful and functional kitchen, its absolutely stunning! There are NO kitchen questions that Rob cant answer and his knowledge conveys an assuring sentiment that made me confident that I was getting a quality remodel. I am so happy I found Kitchen Emporium, the other estimates and remodelers I dealt with were outrageously expensive and brought no creative ideas to my remodel. The tradesmen/women who worked on my kitchen are on my speed dial if I ever have a carpentry, plumbing or flooring need in my home!

Working with Kitchen Emporium in the design and installation of our remodeled kitchen was a pleasure. The owner, Rob Rardon, is a consummate gentleman, very attentive and accommodating to his customers desires and needs. His partner, Dennis, is energetic, enthusiastic, and also a delightful gentleman to work with. KE has a wide selection of cabinetry, from basic to elegant. You can view hundreds of samples of wood stains and finishes, perhaps 100 varieties of glass inserts, and 200-or-so options for handles. If you like hardware you see elsewhere, KE will work with you without a hassle. Their installers and subcontractors are friendly, professional, and efficient. We had a few unforeseen issues pop up along the way and KEs contractors found very creative solutions as they arose. The payment plan Rob worked out for us was very fair and unpressured all the way. Rob maintained close communications with us throughout the selection via phone, email, or visits, and installation process and ensured we were thoroughly satisfied with the project before it closed.

I was interested in upgrading my kitchen so I asked some friends for references for a specialist based on experience. I received a strong reference from a trusted friend to contact Dennis at Kitchen Emporium. From the very beginning Dennis described the process, explained the differences in quality, and pricing expectations. I ordered quality custom made cabinetry and upscale granite countertops. I was pleasantly surprised with the total quote. The entire process of working with Dennis and the subs was phenomenal. Dennis told me what to expect along the process. He also told me that his subs are professionals that he uses repeatedly and that I could trust their expertise and honesty if I had to leave them alone in the house. Bottom line is Kitchen Emporium is all that I hoped to find. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again for future projects. Thanks Dennis!

Kitchen Emporium is an excellent company to work with. They are VERY capable of handling any renovation you want. We had our kitchen renovated. They removed a wall between the kitchen and den, added a peninsula in place of the wall, installed all new cabinets and quartz countertops. This included the installation of the load-bearing beam (in place of the wall) and all the related electrical and plumbing. The job went exactly as planned, on schedule and on quote, and the results are exactly what we wanted. The contractors have a lot of experience and are punctual, polite and professional. For example, the day the electrician was scheduled to arrive, we requested several changes. He incorporated the changes (at additional cost, of course) and still finished on time. Our renovation experience was excellent. We highly recommend this company.

The consumer experience that Rob provided from the start of the kitchen remodel to the end was beyond first class. Everything about the remodel went smooth and every concern we brought to Robs attention was taken care of asap. All the people that did the actual work were friendly, professional, and exceptional at their jobs. We are in love with our new kitchen and can not believe how great and easy Rob made everything for us. We have already and will continue to eagerly recommend Rob and Kitchen Emporium to anybody that wants to listen to us. We could not be more satisfied unless Rob did the kitchen for free :-) Thank you Rob!!

Our complete kitchen remodel was virtually flawless. Rob and his crew were so well organized and the 4 week process went very smoothly. They actually finished a day early! The cabinets are so beautiful, as are our Cambria Quartz countertops. We have recommended Kitchen Emporium to several of our neighbors, all of whom have raved over our gorgeous kitchen. We just bought our house and wanted to replace the toilet in the main bathroom. The subfloor was rotten in two areas and it snowballed into a complete remodel. The crew discovered a significant leak from the shower in the master bathroom that was the cause of one area of damage. It was quickly repaired and the work was done in no time. Rob and his crew did a great job at a reasonable price. We will definitely go back to Kitchen Emporium when its time to replace the kitchen cabinets.
