THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE IMAGINABLE. If your Walmart/Target order decides to use this courier you WILL be better off canceling your order. I was scheduled to receive my order on 5/26 between 11AM and 3PM. My package arrived at 10:40 AM. There was someone home to receive the package, but there was a miscommunication that prevented the person from receiving the package. I was LITERALLY 10 min down the street. The driver REFUSED to wait from me to arrive home. So I had to reschedule 4 DAYS Later. Now I am on the phone with a customer representative about the delivery RESCHEDULED for today. They CANNOT find my tracking information. In other words, I will be forced to wait an additional day for my package. TERRIBLE SERVICE! I need this package badly. Otherwise, I would cancel the package entirely!!!! This has been the WORST delivery experience of my life. DO NOT USE EFW EVER. UPDATE: The customer representative just HUNG UP on me. Oh my god.

Very unhappy with the service. I ordered a kayak from Walmart. EFW sent me an email to schedule my delivery. I picked the first available, Thursday 7/7/16 between 1:00 and 5:00pm. I waited all day, no emails no calls, no delivery. I could not find a phone number to call them on the web site. Late that night I got an email saying my delivery was set up for 7/7/16 which obviously did not happen. They at least left a phone number to call. I did early the next morning. EFW did not forward the request to the delivery company even though they had it and emailed me the confirmation. Now I have to wait until Monday to get my kayak between 10:00 and 3:00, another wasted day. Their service was terrible.

Id give zero stars, if I could. I have never delt with such horrible service and customer service before. Ive been waiting a month for my package. We have scheduled three delivery appointments and they were a no show on all three, claiming they called and no one answered. Check my phone records, no call. The customer service was unapologetic and rude. They never double checked to make sure they had my number down right and never apologized. I have never had this much issue getting a package before. Target was informed numerous times and luckily their customer service is fantastic. Though, I will never order online from target again at risk of having to deal with this company. Theyre the worst.

I sat at home from 1:00-5:00pm waiting for the delivery. I called a little after 6pm and was told that the local delivery people had said it was out for delivery but it never got on the truck. Then I was promised a 9:30-10:00am delivery the next morning. The tracking was updated with that time slot. That next morning when I checked it the tracking was changed to 9:30-11:00am with no one letting me know of the change. It did arrive before 11:00am that day, but I was almost ready to call and just tell them to send it back to Walmart. Although the delivery guy was nice enough, this company wasted my time! That is not appreciated!

Absolutely atrocious delivery service. If you order a large item from Target, fair warning that they use this company for shipping and you will either receive your item SUPER late and/or VERY damaged, and their customer service will do NOTHING about it.

They are terrible...I schedule a delivery for may 15 between 10am and 2pm...I received nothing..no call either...Im still trying to get my pkg...never again
