This location in particular is so bad! They always take at least 15 min to prepare your food even when youre the only 1 in there like right now. Theyre also always out of most of their hot sauces and when I ask for more they opened their spare stock cabinet and it was completely barren. Additionally, they brought back those stupid hard shell to go containers...FOR SANDWICHES! Have you seriously never tried to carry one of those in a bag? By the time you get home your sandwich has totally fallen apart unless to take the utmost care. Just wrap it in paper like you used to do. Only giving this place 3 stars because the food is so damn good!

Great food but slow service. It can feel like forever from when youve ordered to when you receive your food. Sometimes there are too many people ordering from this location and the slow service is understandable but during periods when there is no demand the service is still slow.

This Firehouse Subs is excellent! Always welcome you when you arrive and I get prompt and friendly service. Best Meatball sub ever!!! Clean restaurant and restrooms with baby changing stations in both bathrooms!

NASTY! If a soggy ass bread sandwich is what you crave then go for it. I have no idea how this chain makes any money. Ive tried Firehouse 3 times. It gets worse every time! Ill stick to Jimmi Johns.

Love their charitable activities for local EMS. However, was disappointed in my food order. The sandwich looked absolutely nothing like the photo and was quite bland.
