After 25 min of trying to get an order placed online failed, we called and were told to pickup in 25 min. When I got there the pickup line was empty but I was told to wait behind a long line of orderers b/c there was only one cashier open. I refused. No sub is worth waiting an hour for -- and the workmen at our new house had been waiting an hour for lunch before raindrops started again. If I can get in and out of Subway in 5 min, is Firehouse worth more than 10x the wait?!?! Worse was the attitude of the cashier, who told me to call corporate b/c they had no control over online nor any way to report the problem up the chain. So I reminded him and everyone within earshot (staff and customers) that we all have control over where we choose to eat...or not. You can be sure not to get any more large or time sensitive orders from me. I tried placing the order 30 min in advance -- instead, by time I got home with food 90 min had passed. What does Corporate have to say about THAT??

I ordered the Brisket Sub & specifically told the lady No Mayo & No BBQ Sauce. She said, Just meat, cheese & bread? I confirmed, but when I got home... BBQ Sauce all over my sub, so in the trash it went. Never again will I waste money again in your establishment because regardless of how good your food might be ( and personally I dont know how good your food is and now will never find out) people want what they asked for& what they paid for.... not just whatever you felt like giving them. Obviously; I dont like BBQ Sauce or I wouldnt have specifically asked that it not be put on my sandwich & obviously you dont care enough about your customers to get their orders correct & Im not willing to gamble another $13.50 only to go hungry until dinner time to give you another chance.

The service definitely isnt the best out of all the Firehouse locations in the area. They make the subs perfectly, if they remember to make it at all. My last three visits werent so pleasant. They somehow managed to "forget" to make my sub. After waiting 45 minutes, I complained to the cashier and had the transaction voided, and my sub made. 3 times in a row!? It wasnt even busy the last two times I went in. Ill definitely have to be pretty desperate to visit this location again. Perhaps a change in staff after some time will do the trick. I only visit when Im extremely hungry--and waiting 45 minutes for a medium sub isnt what I had in mind.

Im writing this review as Im sitting in here. I love this place been coming for over a year at this location. Today they messed up my order. I had to come get another. I also heard an employee say "I know I put swiss on the sandwich" and you young lady who took my order proceeds to laugh. Also, when I asked for three pickles the lady who took my order looked at me strange. I never knew you couldnt get more than one. Ive left with a container full several times. I think they have new people. Not a good look Firehouse.

Horrible. Deli meat sits for a couple days ask for date especially on corned beef and pastrami. Bathroom looks like it isnt cleaned daily. Fruit flies and a horrible smell in the store. Owner definitely needs a human resource class belittles her employees by how she talks down to them not impressed from management. Wont be back ever and will tell everyone to stay away

Food was Fantastic and the service was superb, they were also very accommodating to my small children. the owner personally came to our table to ensure everything was in order. Although the employees were new our food came out exactly as ordered, and tasted great. They have over 125 drinks elections and hot sauce selections.

The food is always delicious, it doesnt take a long time to get the food but the reason its not five stars is because I know there is a delivery car but I couldnt call the store to see how far it delivers. Without knowing how far that determines if I can get the subs.

This is a place where good subs are made. Ever since I lost Mikes NY Deli in downtown DC around 1985, I have been searching for a good sub place. My only wish is that I would like one nearer to where I live. My drive is a bit long but after first bite, I dont care.

The store was a total mess. Flattened boxes on the floor. Food and trash on the tables and floor. Clipboards and random papers on the counter. Took way too long to make 2 sandwiches and there were four people at the sandwich counter. Wont be back.

Very fresh and delicious! They use fresh meats and I see them cut it right there. They have a huge selection of hot sauces too on the counter. The decor is fun. The service is great and friendly, and they play good television too!

You always wait 15 min plus for a sandwich. Very poor service. Ive even overheard the guys that work there complain all the time about more people coming in. Awful management and customer service.

Good food but the wait was rediculous, 1/2 hour to order a sub when there are only 2 people in the place. Dont go here if your in a hurry. Food was OK but definitely not worth the wait.
