Yesterday I went here to try and get some color put in my extremely black hair. I was unable to do so as my hair would not lift out the black. So my only other option was to re do the black and i had some spots I had missed by dying it myself. I sat down and the stylist Alyssa said "Let me get you a price quote" Umm i knew I was going to be paying alot as my hair is very long and thick... she said $115 with the hair cut. I sighed a little and said ok lets do it. She then went onto say "well I dont want to pressure you" I was extermely annoyed at this point I felt like she thought I didnt have the money... which is awful to assume. i said "nope I want to" so she mixed the color and did my hair which turned out alright i guess although I had hair dye all over my face and arms and when she was done I asked her to straighten my hair and she looked at me with like a crooked face and said "i think that cost extra, ad WERE already spending $115" ummm no IM spending $115 to have the same color hair i walked in with.... this was TERRIBLE customer service. I hope one of the senior stlyists teaches her customer servive... i was planning on buying some products as well but i felt very disrespected. And I feel like you should try to upsell such as the hair straighting and ask about purchasing products.. but she was VERY unproffesional!!

Beyond pissed. You guys butchered my hair. I came in for a fade on my sides before I go to my cousins wedding and she literally just used a 0! Thats not even a fade!!! She cut past my line up by a centimeter Im not even exaggerating. It took me 3 years to grow my hair and its all messed up. Like how are you okay with messing up someones hair that bad? If you cant do the dam job dont tell me you can and mess it up.

was the worst I have ever had the color was wrong and the hair cut I had to recut when I got home paid 105. $ never again And I think there color blind grey and white when it was going to be red and blonde big different wont ever go back

This was one of the worst haircuts I have ever had. The girl literally cut off all my hair. I barely have an inch left if that. She claims she left 2 1/2 inches left. Not true. I look like a bald person. I was absolutely in shock.

My visit today, 12/30, was very pleasant. She cut my hair in a timely manner, making sure it was done to my liking. Being the first in line, with many behind me, I feared I would be rushed, not so! Ill be a regular customer.

Oh nooo, My boyfriend came home after getting his hair cut, the cut is very bad, way to short, the sides are uneven I couldnt believe it this has happened to another family member at a different hair salon .
