Yesterday I called the Bellevue office but was greeted by the Call Center. I requested a temp worker for Thursday and Friday... simple right? Labor Ready confirmed that a worker would be sent. Cool. Thursday morning came and no worker ever showed up. I called the office to find out what is going on, and the call center told me that the Bellevue office is no longer open and thats probably why nobody is here today. WUT???!?? So the Call Center gave me the # for the Customer Care Line, said they would know what to do. WRONG! Customer Care Line says my work order was never placed. Customer Care Line then transferred me to Bellevue office -- wait a second, didnt your Call Center say the Bellevue office is closed?? So naturally the Call Center picks up again and suggests I call the Customer Care Line... does anyone notice that I"M GOING IN CIRCLES HERE LOL YOU PEOPLE ARE WHACK JOBS. I SHOULD HAVE BELIEVED THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS. DO NOT USE LABOR READY - THEY ARE NOT READY, THEY ARE NOT ORGANIZED, THEY ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, and yes I yelled all of that :)

I DO NOT recommend using this Labor Ready branch. My company frequently uses workers across the country, and this has by far been our worst experience with Labor Ready. I requested a worker and was sent and completed an offer to supply 6 days prior to the date requested. The representative I spoke to was pleasant, professional, and took all of the reservation information to book the worker. The worker did not show up on the requested day/time. I called their office 3 times and emailed the representative Id been working with. I received no response. On my fourth call, I reached a receptionist (that barely spoke English), who rudely asked what I wanted and advised that the rep I asked for was "very busy" and would need to call me back. I never received a response. This is not the first time Labor Ready has totally dropped the ball and left our technicians in a bind - if you have another option for a temporary staffing company, I highly recommend going with the other guys. Labor Ready has proved to be unreliable on multiple occasions.

My name is Aaron M. Fisher I worked for the floor crew in redmond to set up the cirque du soliel, the job was only like four hours and we werent given work tickets because there was a manager on site. Now Im dealing with a bunch of people saying that I was never even there because Angeline the sup on site didnt record my hours but she did every one elses. I still have not been paid and that was last thursday. Do not work for Labor Ready, They dont pay worthwhile wages, the staff are irresponsible and unprofessional, the jobs you do are worth way more then they give you. Labor ready is a scab and should be illigel. STILL HAVENT PAID ME!

the last comment is just not true. this labor ready is just one of the best by far. the staff are prompt and fair. if they have work they will work you. I recommend this place if you need work and need to get paid daily

They use a profiling system or so they say its flat out favoritism *new people* have to win over the office people while disliked workers sit for days on end in hopes this place will throw them a bone.
