I came around 4ish pm to this place, and I found them a bit busy and told me. Well take you in 20 min. And there was no one waiting at the time. So, I went out to get something from my car and I got back. Meanwhile, tow gentlmens came after me and they happened to be Americans and I wanna say it again AMERICANS so, instead of me being next to get my haircut, they took those gentlmens before me and when I demanded an explanation by asking " didnt I come first?" One of them said yeah but well get you soon" ...... I think it is no brainier. I just beep asking is it because I dont like an American or my accent ? Nevertheless, I am a costumer and I have the right to be treated equity. Which btw in this case I was not.

Great haircuts and nice atmosphere but long waits for a 25 dollar haircut. Ive never been able to get a haircut here without waiting at least 45 minutes and thats with an appointment. The problem is they schedule an endless amount of appointments so if your not able to make it in before noon your going to wait. And if you do make an appointment, chances are, you are still going to wait. They also close for an hour-hour and a half around 1-130 instead of staggering their barbers out, so if you try to take a late lunch to grab a haircut when its not busy you are out of luck. Im not sure if the poor scheduling is worth the haircut. Ill probaly find somewhere else to go.

Sure, its a quality fade but I get the feeling they prefer women NOT come to their shop. Not for long hair cuts (thats a given) but for proper fades. Not sure, just a hunch and I wonder if other women experience this. Like the last couple times I did go the clippers were changed out for crap clippers that were dragged across my head which wasnt so great. I thought theyd be more open minded, guess I thought wrong so I gotta keep going to Seattle to get a proper fade cause apparently women are still not supposed to get that kind of haircut.. .. .. #sonotmodern #genderisalie #gaslightfade

Been coming here for 3 years. Id continue but I have to move. Thats beyond the point, these guys are awesome. Its a nice barbershop thats worth the visit every time. They started carrying beer to enjoy during your haircut. Nothing beats a hot lather shave at the end of a high quality haircut in a really cool chair. This place embodies the classic barbershop that I love.

Absolutely the best barbershop in Kitsap county! I was use to driving al the way to Tacoma in order to get that straight razor fade with a side part! Its super busy on the weekends so make sure you plan accordingly! They sell amazing pomade right in the store. If you want to enjoy a brew or 2 they also have a beer garden that you can tip a few back while yoir waiting!

This place is amazing, Your going to have to wait a little while but its well worth the wait, it takes so long because the people actually care about taking there time and giving you a good hair cut, besides if you get tired of waiting you can have a beer! and the vibe of the place is great.

Wonderful fifties barber chairs, with a nice period feel while being clean and professional. $17 military and $20 for the rest. Might sound steep for a barbershop, but you get what you pay for and by people that know how to cut mens hair, not someone just out of beauty school.

Ive never been very selective about my own haircuts, but shaving the next morning I realized my sideburns were over 1/2 inch longer on one side than the other. Must be some kinda new trend I wasnt aware of, or willing to participate in?

Nice atmosphere, didnt get the cut I asked for, instead he started putting a part in my hair and I have my style straight back. Ended up have to have my haircut at another shop to fix it. One side was a lot longer on one side

The last two times Ive gone in for a beard trim was charged the high end of beard trim price range: $11-15, even though both times were merely trims NOT shapings....and yet both times they didnt get it right. :-(

A no nonsense shop with down to earth people. They are normally busy but you can call in and make an appointment same day and avoid the lines. But even if you walk in and find a line, it is well worth the weight.
