HORRIBLE customer service!! Jughead, who I assume is the owner has absolutely no interpersonal skills and treats some of his customers with no respect. Hes a very rude and ill mannered individual and tries to be intimidating which doesnt work on me. On numerous occasions, he has rushed cutting my families hair and I had to have him go back and correct the fade and patches. Then he had the audacity to have an attitude as if I was wrong for asking him to correct the product Im paying for. I have been patronizing this barbershop for the past 6 months and have given him and 2 other barbers a chance to cut our hair but he has been consistently ill mannered and offensively impolite to me and other customers. On one occasion, he had me sit in his chair, he put the apron on me and then he went and sat down to eat. This experience is mine alone so I cant speak for anyone else. I dropped my Brother off to get his haircut and he experienced the same thing. If you ask Jughead a question regarding your haircut, he gives you an answer and tries to make it seem as though YOU need HIM. Hes a very smug individual. Im not sure if this is a personality disorder or if this is the way he is. Either way, its not professional or good for this business. I will NEVER go back to this barbershop and give them another dime nor do I recommend anyone go there unless youre ok with being disrespected and. I would much rather spend my hard earned money elsewhere and be given the same respect that I give. If youre going to run a business, you MUST be passionate about your business, customers and treat all of your patrons with the same dignity and respect. Not just your homeboys and "loyal" customers. I really wanted to like this business because of the other barbers. They are very welcoming, easy to talk to and down to earth, especially the older gentleman on the end. Honestly, I wish I could rate the owners customer service less than one star. As the other few customers stated in their reviews, he needs to lighten up and stop taking himself so serious and take his business much more serious.

Stumbled across this place when Googling the closest place to where we were at the moment to get a haircut. My son liked his haircut for the first time in so many years, they took time to get everything perfect. My sons hair is a pain in the butt. You like the results so much, that Saturday were driving from Centralia to there to get the haircut. And some of these guys can sing so good. Not a bad place as a mom to wait.

Today, August 5th, was the first day going to Jugheadz. I got a excellent fade and shave from the barber Jacob. I can personally say this was one of the greatest haircuts and shaves Ive got in a while. The business had a great atmosphere and had great customer service. Whenever I come back to visit Lacey, Jugheadz will be the first barbershop that comes to mind when I want my hair cut.

Lacks basic customer service skills. No greeting/acknowledgment when we came in. When we asked the owner how if there was some sort of order as to who gets cut next, he just tells us to get on the list. Mind you, this was our first time there.Watched multiple clients come and go as we waited for an hour and 1/2 just to get a line up. Wont and will never come back.

Zero customer service, walked in with three barbers and nobody said a word. I had to approach one and asked if I can set up a cut, he laughed and said "nah man Ill get with you in a lil" zero hustle to work! you interact with someone walking in, asking if you can help them, Sell your service. This isnt a barber shop its a joke.

Potentially cool atmosphere .. was really looking forward to getting a haircut..but Horrible customer service. Very rude. I wont go back and Im definitely telling friends and family to avoid it. Lighten up Jugheadz! Perfect business name...

Who cares if its crowded. This is the best place in town especially if you you want a stylish, clean cut and look. This place reminds me of getting my hair cut in the south!
