Our experience with Fastsigns was completely positive, beginning with our first phone call to them and ending with a really great product. They were our last hope for special calendars for our family and friends and we were doubtful that the project could be completed in time to send everything out for Christmas. Tracy, who staffs the front desk, was completely reassuring and had a can do attitude. A proof of the calendar was sent out within a couple days. We requested a couple changes and the staff went right to work. Again, the can do attitude reassured us. The calendars were finished within a day and they look great! The quality of work, the friendliness and professionalism - coupled with their can do approach ensures that well be back for our printing needs in the future.

The FastSigns team in Everett was fantastic! I had a complicated series of orders for vinyl applications for my experimental aircraft. I also wanted to digitize some artwork to apply to the airplane. Tracy went out of her way to find a particular font for me that was not normally available, made sure font size was correct, and the artwork she helped with turned out fantastic. They also provided personal instruction on how to apply the vinyl properly. The help that I received from FastSigns allowed me to finish my project on time, and looks really great on the plane. Horrible, I have a national account with Fast Signs. We use them at all of our priorities nation wide. I called Fastsigns in Everett, WA for a simple job at one of my properties. He was quick to say that he would not come to the property to look at what I needed done as the job would not pay him enough to do so. Well you just lost a national account for FastSigns and I have notified your cooperate office of why.
