Your Idea Here Shirts

Horrible service. Installed sign wrong the first time and then ruined a 600 dollar paint job upon second installation (which was never fixed). Was told I by multiple people that I was not going to be charged for installation but am still getting invoices after a year. They changed their invoice to say that I still had money owed on the lettering even though my original invoice states that the lettering is entirely paid and that the only thing left was the installation. Owner asked me for proof that the paint job was 600 dollars and screamed at me after I showed him proof. He also screamed at me a number of times before that, and one of my employees, and my business consultant/financial adviser. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Claudia and her team are extremely efficient, professional, and understand what it means to provide expectation-exceeding customer service. In a world of "flat footed" service, it is nice to know that companies like Fast Signs in Federal Way are still out there.
