If I could give it ZERO stars I would!! I went there to ship my packages but my box "wasnt good enough for them!!" I had just carried 2 large boxes in there one in my hands and one lovingly being carried by my 4 year old son who couldnt even see over the top of the box! (It wasnt heavy just big.) I had my hands full with my 1 year old son and the other box which was the bigger of the 2 boxes. It as POURING down rain and I get all the way in there to have her tell me she couldnt ship my box. (She pushed down on the top of the box and said because it wasnt full "if we put boxes on top of this it will cave in." (It was a box from Amazon that had been shipped to my house with a previous order.) I said "its fine I put extra shipping padding in there" but she STILL refused to ship my package! There was NOTHING wrong with the box because I simply went right across Pac Highway to their competitors UPS and they were MORE than happy to ship it for me! They didnt say ANYTHING about it and were SOOO incredibly nice and helpful!! GO TO UPS! Its right across the street and that is where I will be going from now ON!!

One of the most pathetic experiences Ive had. My girlfriend goes to get a poster printed (she called beforehand and they said they could do it). But when we go in there, the printer doesnt work. It takes forever to submit the order to an employee that needs to go to training. Finally, we get the order submitted with a not-so-confident feeling that it would get finished in time. We went back in about 20 minutes later to have them call that night with a status on the printer and the order...they had ALREADY LOST THE ORDER. While looking, one employee asked another if someone had thrown it out (not sure why this would even be an option). They reprint the order to have it signed again, but at this point my girlfriend wants it cancelled. But what do you know? An order cannot be cancelled without a manager...who of course was not there. So instead they push the order back until the manager would be there to cancel it if it was not yet completed. Needless to say, now she has to find another printer. If anyone needs anything printed, go somewhere else!

I have been using this location and the former Federal Way location for 12 years now. I utilize the self service equipment, copiers, computers, fax machines, laminator, as well as utilize the design and print center ordering forms for my business. There is parking for FedEx customers in the Mall parking right near the store. Ive been there during off peak hours and during peak times. Ive seen plenty of all types of customers, happy, demanding, trying the patience of the workers and people like myself who are more than happy to wait. Ive had a couple of experiences that were less than perfect, but in 12 years, thats expected, but they bent over backwards to make it right. Ive helped customers when the store has been overflowing with customers, and also understanding when they are busy. Its common knowledge in predominantly self service location stores like these sometimes you just have to wait a bit. Ive been solicited by other print shops, but this one makes me happy.

I had the same experience there as some folks already did. The guy with pony tail didnt like my box. The shape precisely. Drove 7 miles to get there and all for nothing. A lot of folks recycle the boxes like me and after being reused several times they no longer look like new. A got back to my car swearing and cursing about such a BS service. Waste of time and gas. 2 days later stopped by the Lynnwood FedEx where the guys there have a different personality. Nobody there said anything about my box being in bad shape. Box got picked and shipped and arrived at the destination safely. Yeah, the Fed Way fedex sucks

Want in today to mail package,was told it couldnt be shipped because it was in brown shipping wrapping paper?!?!. Just trying to meet a dead line and save gas but I guess the Kent location is your best bet if you live in Fed.way and need to mail a package aft.6pm.Beware save time and money keep going. UPDATE: Spoke with manager who said their is a posting somewhere inside saying no brown wrapping paper. I have not had any problems in the past shipping this way and by my own choice will not be back to this location.

The staff was extremely rude to me. I hadnt even said a word to the gal at the front when she said "I cant take that," referring to the FedEx box in my hand. My mom had given me the box with a bill to sender label on it from FedEx. Dont get me wrong, but why can FedEx not take a FedEx box with a FedEx label that says bill to sender?!? Im going to be taking it to a different location. I get that the holidays cause shipping companies a lot of stress, but the lady I talked to was straight up rude and unhelpful.

Ordered some stuff online, told me it would take a day, called me back to say it will take two days and they will call me when its ready, a week later no call so I call them to find out its ready. Items were on poster boards not canvas, the wrong size and one was the wrong direction (landscape vs portrait). While there, I shipped something Saturday morning to arrive by 3pm Monday... this 2lb package cost over $130 to ship. Will not be using them or FedEx again.

Great store to stop in for a quick print, copy or fax; extremely easy and convenient to use their machines, also. As for the register processing time, it drops pretty drastically depending on the time of day. Usually their staff is in the back preparing shipments (I assume) and you might get one or two employees to ring up customers, which it still could take a while, depending. Though, I can say, if you come prepared, you can be in-and-out in 10 minutes or less.

I am very disappointed with FedEx Office in Federal Way. I thought that the lady at the counter stole my money. I simply asked to make 83 copies for a trailers manual. It costed me $20.00. I simply wanted copies and stable them together. Thats all. But that wasnt how it turned out. Please dont go there. She is not an honest person. Highly rated ZERO.

Fast turnaround on print materials and knowledgeable staff. Usually very busy so wait time might be longer (depending on client needs). Designated parking stalls in the mall parking lot can fill up quickly when busy. Good variety of business services and nice quality. Staff members have always treated me professionally.

The self service options are great here. If you are shipping things they are helpful and quick. But if you are trying to print something that isnt a simple pdf or word file I would go elsewhere. They dont seem to know what they are doing when it comes to the software available on their systems.
