Dont go here. You are guaranteed to be irritated. I went to send a fax. There were 3 people working in the entire store. The person (whose name tag had manager in the title) at the printing center was engaging in some interaction with another customer for easily 20 minutes and would not acknowledge us. At first I thought the guy she was talking to was doing some big, complicated order. But then I realized she was just standing there not doing anything. I dont know if the "customer" was a friend who stopped buy to make it look like she was working or what. We ended up walking out of the store. The feeling there is completely low brow and unprofessional. I sold business machines at Office Depot 15 years ago and there were customer service standards that were initiated company wide. Apparently thats not the case in the Nor Cal region. If anyone from Office Depot corporate is reading this: You guys cant be making any money on this store. Close this location down asap so something useful can move into the retail space. Btw, Office Depot is the last chain Ill choose to go into in the office supply space. This store tells me they dont care about their brand anymore.

I went to Best Buy looking for a computer mouse. Sadly, the model I was looking for was out of stock. Dejectedly, I pulled out my phone and searched for the exact make and model of mouse. At the top of the Google Search I was informed that, a mere 500 feet away, was the exact mouse I was looking for, and it was in stock! I raced through the doors, leaped on my shiny bike, and roared the 400 feet to the door. Sliding from my beautiful steed, I entered the shop, my hair mussed from the helmet and the wild look of eminent victory in my eyes. A grinning shop attendant lead me to the mouse and keyboard isle, where I seized the electronic I had so long sought after, paid for it, and left. One more shopping trip completed. Victory was mine.

I picked out a $300 chair that I wanted to buy, took a picture of the model number to make it easy on the clerk, then waiting in a 10 minute line to be told that "Alvin" will be with me in a moment if I go stand by the boxes. After waiting another 10 minutes, no sign of this so called furniture boy. The lady then said Alvin must be busy so I walked out. Ill never shop here again and I cant wait to take my money elsewhere.

Office DEpot most of store have all accessory for office. I do like the product in office depot but the disappointing is the system of the Office Depot, when I bough a sale of chair I have to wait around 10m for them to discount from the system. 1 more thing that when I buy a floor mattress for my room, they gave me a wrong product that I Want to my room. So overall thing is good but the service kinda bit unstable.

Word to the wise: Neither FedEx or OfficeDepot will pay insurance claims on any damaged item sent via FedEx from Office Depot. FedEx wont consider a claim unless it is actually filed by OfficeDepot. Think about that for a minute. You think the store manager is going to sit down and file a claim on your behalf? Its BS, and I learned the hard way. (but all the employees are nice - this isnt on them.)

I just bought a new Epson printer from them and got all the way back home and was trying to install it before I realized I needed a cable that was not included in the box. You would think they would mention that to you when they sell you a printer. Now I have to go all the way back over there - if--- they even have the printer cable in stock. I am on a very long hold now trying to find out...

Since the merger the service has gone downhill, especially at the print desk. You will not get served in order, or even acknowledged that you are going to be helped. Out in the aisles expect to get open mouth staring at the shelves in lieu of information. If you ask WHERE something is you will get asked WHAT it is.

This Office Depot is "run" like a non-business. The computer repair staff is winging it and are not using any Office Depot resources. The store only answers the phone half the time and will lock a person on hold most of the time when they do answer. Do not enter this store.

What kind of store... Doesnt sell graphed paper!?! -_- There was only about 2 people in the whole entire store helping people, I had to chase them around the whole store just to get the answer no. Worst costumer service ever.

Came in to get information about the printers and Wayne was way more than helpful. There wasnt anyone in the store when I walked in, so he took his time in explaining almost every printer in stock. Great service. Thank you

Been here several times before and had very good customer service, not today. How is it no one in the store, not even the manager can make labels? She said its a different department. But youre the STORE MANAGER! Sad

Annie, who usually takes care of me is always friendly, courteous, and professional. She always has time to help me or answer any questions that I may have. The other folks who work there are also very helpful.

Great store! Came in, found exactly what I was looking for with the help of knowledgeable and friendly employees. I dont live near here but may need to make the trek in order to come to this store more often!

Their service is below par. A few items I asked if they had, they said they have it in stock but no idea where it is. Didnt really try to look either. This is pretty typical Office Depot experience though.

Nothing I needed was in Stock. Waiting half an hour to mail a package, left without mailing it because they wanted to charge me $9 to mail a 4x4x4 box that weighed a couple ounces. I wont go back there.

No selection, they should just start calling themselves "back to school Depot." and I HATE when your in a store looking for something and the staff is too busy talking to each other to help..

Staff is rude to your face. Worst customer service Ive ever received, more than one staff member was completely unwilling to help solve a problem they caused. Terrible people work here.

Everyone who works here is extremely helpful and friendly! This is my go to store for office supplies. Reasonable prices and easy parking in front of the store.

Knowledgeable sales rep, good advice at product display. Sales rep having price checker device is really helpful especially when products have no price tags.

The location is so so, but their office supply and back to school sections are awesome. Best selection of pens I have seen in a long time.
