Beth McGuffin at AppleOne was so immensely valuable to me as an unemployed individual, hungry to start a potential career. As my recruiter, she helped guide me through the whole process from beginning to end in seeking employment. What impressed me the most about her wasnt just the fact that she was so professional and personable, but that she cared so much about finding the right position that truly suited me the best; one almost seeming tailored to me. After seeing numerous other recruiters and feeling like they were just trying to place me in one of many jobs on their "lists" to meet their quotas with whoever they were partnered with, Beth made it clear that she had different goals in mind. She expressed strong interest and passion in finding me the position that she thought I would be the happiest and most successful in. After interviewing with her and talking about my past experiences, skills, and work history, she immediately got to work in looking for potential landing spots with numerous companies. Beth called me about a week later with numerous interviews lined up for me, just as excited as I was about the possibilities! I accepted a position at a company during my very first interview, one of a couple she had lined up for me the same week. The fit was seemingly perfect. I couldnt help but feel it was strongly because of the time Beth took to look at me as a person and my skill set, trying to put me in a position that would highlight my positive attributes.

Legit that theyre not interested in assisting to complete what youve applied for job titles online. After youve submitted, you wont be having an appointment with the representative listed on the bulletin. A 20something dark complexioned female is criticizing the hell out of your resume & will spend the good chunk of time talking about herself! How she can write a book about how many people just walk out frustrated AND how many books she can write for resumes...what a box headed _______ load of ego. Plus, insanely recommends driving from Olympia to Federal Way for work>! Not listening at all even though she asked the Qs. & A lot of "No" as equally saying,"I am not a miracle worker." 10 times in less than 10 minutes. Look, bottom line is, I doubt her job title is monitored at all by how many people she gets employed let alone completing screening. They sure ought to due to her just being in an office collecting an easy check for her psycho 1 way to do a resume standard & wont guide nor cues to improve. Not even as a last resort!

A supposedly former recruiter named Julie or Julia was promoted and no longer works for AppleOne, did not informed me that she will no longer be my recruiter and that someone will take over, instead a recruiter named Madeline kindly did informed me of this matter. It was going well, which Madeline Hubbard landed me an interview, to which was not successful. Once I found myself a position, I had emailed Madeline to thank her for her assistance, but she never replied to even acknowledge the fact that I really did appreciate her service, because it wouldnt matter, if she were to land me a job, would get her a bonus. Overall, would not recommend.

My experience with Appleone had the potential of being successful, but it honestly depends on the recruiter you are assigned to. Professionalism, Character, and Fairness makes a very nice recruiter. If you are looking to be successful and have a great relationship with your recruiter, I DO NOT suggest, Julie from the Kent, WA Branch.
