Unprofessional. Two times I get sent out to a job site where they arent expecting me. In both times I was scheduled just in time to make it for the 405 north traffic (after getting told my name wasnt on the list and getting sent home) and this is the part that gets to me the most! Derek Pozega calls me at 8 am the day after I said I quit just to tell me my name was on the list and even got mad and said if youre not working with us were not working with you. Lol. I mean I was tryna work? Incompetent workers. For better job opportunities try craigslist. Randstad staffing is the most unprofessional place Ive been through, they didnt even tell me or notify me about my paycard even though it was just sitting on his desk.

I worked at the Seattle and Kent Bartells Warehouses for three weeks. I had a fabulous time, as a Heavy Industrial worker, as well as Inventorist. Steve Teeters, Daniel Day, and Nick Kravagna were awesome to work for, and they were all so kind and respectful towards me. I loved that they had a fun environment, but really focused on the work and supported your capabilities. Bartells should be seen as a superior company to contract with, through Randstad! Randstad had the direct deposit all set up by the first week, and they were the first staffing agency Ive ever experienced that with. I would love to work for Randstad again!!!

Pros Nice staff that will help you find a job Cons the jobs they offer mostly convicts are working those jobs. If you tell them that it doesnt work out for you. They get an attitude and put you on their waiting list. Weeks will pass by.

Companies they send you to work for are mostly shady. If your totally desperate it is a job, but bad experiences await you... This staffing company just uses people; I would choose a different company to go with!

Good work at a good company UPS. not bad pay to be a forklift operator. Derek was also good at geting me work after work stopped at UPS. moved to another town or I would of took up on the offer.
