I have had my son enrolled at 3 different Bright Horizons centers since September of 2005. They have a great philosophy (example: youre never to young to try something new - he was painting before he was eating solid foods), lots of fun extra-curricular activities (Tumblebus, Silly Signs, Kids in Motion) and the teachers are really great. In cost, theyre quite a jump up from some of the other chain centers in the area but its worth the money. The variety available to them is wider and, at least for my son, hes expressed a verbal preference for Bright Horizons over other centers weve visited (I should point out that hes only 2). Space can be an issue too but its worth waiting for. In my experience, once youve become a member of the Bright Horizons family it is much easier to move centers and they make moving centers pretty easy.

We could not be happier with our experience with this BH. We have had our 4 year old there for nearly two years, and we started our 1 year old there last winter. The basic requirements of what you look for when you tour a center are met - the center is clean and secure, the front desk staff is organized, and the meals served are varied and healthy. But what sets this BH apart is the quality of the teachers (many of whom boast many years of service at the center,) the "extracurricular" services offered like Spanish class, martial arts, etc., and the curriculum which is a good mix for young kids. Cannot recommend this center enough. Look past the price tag and see all that you get for your money. We feel its well worth our money.

Bright Horizons is a great place! My son wants to run into his classroom every morning. They clearly give full scope to the imagination of their students--he comes home with the most interesting art projects involving interesting materials, like tape, spoons, and cups.

We used Bright Horizons Kirkland for back-up care for our 8 month old. I was honestly skeptical of a chain, but Miss Olga (the teacher who is there when Id pick up) was so nice and I could tell my buddy was super happy whenever I picked him up. Great environment!
