I rarely write reviews but this business merits a good review. I walked in after reading the positive reviews here and I was hesitant since my stylist for the last 4+ years had quit Rudys. That lady knew my head and I wouldnt have anyone else cut my hair. Well, turns out I made a good choice. The business is clean inside with ample seating for around 4-5 people. The seating room in itself is big enough for more so you can stand if the seats are taken. He does have an appointment based system - so the chances that the wait will get out of hand is minimal if you call ahead. (I got lucky that Friday evening). Some 80s music channel is on the radio and it isnt too loud. There is parking outside (thank god, I hate street parking my car) and there were enough spaces when I showed up. The gentleman inside is dressed formally, talks very less but does respond to anything you might have to say. He does get calls frequently but wears a hands free headset so as to not interrupt the session. At the end of the session, it felt like he left more of my hair than I wanted him to but the cut looked great after a shower. Out of desperation I walked into Seoul Barber and Ive had the best hair cut Ive had in a while.

As an Asian, I dont like American barber places, like SuperCut, because I always got bad haircut from them. I read the reviews and decided to give Seoul Barber a try. The barber is a Korean gentleman who doesnt speak good English, and hey, I dont speak Korean at all; however, you cant complain on his skills and patience. One tiny thing gives extra point: I have few hairs in my ears and no barber would ever shaved it before him. It tinkled a bit and you feel much happier that everything you got taken care of for less than $20. I was stopping by during the lunch hour; hes busy and each haircut appointment takes about 20 minutes. So I suggest you call to make one before visit.

I had a terrible experience at this place! He has no listening skills. My hair cut was so bad, I have to wear a hat for the next four weeks or maybe longer. He spent only 10 minutes on my hair and I was ready to go! He was arrogant. When I tried to tell him something, he didnt listen. He didnt care. The worst hair cut in the past 20 yrs!
