One great barber shop. if you want a quality hair cut that wont hurt your wallet, this is the place. this guy know how to cut hair and i have never seen him without a smile on his face while doing it. walking into the store, you might be able to catch him cutting the hair of one of his regulars while their chatting up the news or talking about what pac 10 college team might make it all the way this year. when it is finally your turn he will welcome you with a smile. he will ask you a couple of questions of what you might want your luscious locks to look like. once you answer you start your wondrous journey to a great new look that you wont be disappointed with. so if you want a quality haircut without spending an arm and a leg this is the place to go. you wont be disappointed.

Best haircut Ive ever had! Apparently this place is under new mgmt since August 2015, so the previous reviews are outdated. I went in to get a simple buzz cut from Jessica (the owner). She cut it perfectly smooth, no pain at all from digging in the guard, no jagged points or rouge hairs, and she took the time to remove all the cut hairs from my head. This was honestly the best haircut I have ever had, and the best service I have ever had. In addition, she gave a head massage to begin, and a steamed towel to end. The total was only $12, which I got way more than what I paid for. I will definitely recommend this shop, and be back next time!

Ken is the best! Great cut at a great price! He cares about his customers and does a fantastic job. I dont need those fancy barbershops, full of girls and liquid refreshment. If you want a nice old-fashioned cut, Ken is the man for you. He is conveniently located in Edgewood. Just look for the Old Fashioned Barber Pole outside his shop on Meridian south of Columbia Bank. Hes closed on Sundays and Mondays, but open until 6 p.m. most days. He is worth the trip. The son of a barber, Ken rocks! Thanks for making me look good for the Fourth of July weekend. BDLP
