Without knocking or ringing my doorbell they delivered a 200# shipment leaning on my garage door. When I opened the door from inside the packages fell into the garage (half in/half out). Luckily nothing was broken except perhaps the glass doors in the packages. They are too heavy for me to lift so now I cannot close the door and am open to varments invading the attached garage. I just received a telephone call, one and a half hour hours after informing the Olympia terminal, that they dont know when they will be able to correct the problem. TJ38

Either its the same driver, or a couple of different IDIOTS working here. Two separate times in the past couple of months, Ive watched a delivery driver drive past my house, fast and not even looking at the addresses, only to check the tracking immediately and see my packages delivered to the WRONG HOUSE. Maybe they should hire some competent drivers who will pay attention to what theyre doing.

Twice in one month multiple packages delivered to some other address and filed as delivered to my door. I have a surveillance system on my home to prove packages are not delivered. I do not want to know how many other people are victim to their terrible delivery service, but this is completely unacceptable. I am completely afraid of having anything shipped by FedEx.

The ladies here are always friendly and helpful. I have never had an issue sending packages from here and prefer to ship from here vs. the other FedEx in town. Even Brown likes this place though I think his boss might have some heartburn over it Need to bring back shipping labels though.

After spending all day on phone with these people we find out my package was delivered to a completely different address down the road from us so mad at FedEx... i have Never once had a problem with UPS getting my packages to me needless to say i will Never use FedEx again!!!!!

Clerks argueing with each other this week when I went to mail my package. Lady didnt seem like she wanted to be bothered with helping me. One was on break eating at the counter. Totally unprofessional and frustrating!

Missed delivery. I paid for "by friday" (not monday) You said it will be there "friday" Im here at the delivery location and its not. Fedex says maybe monday, but we cant promise anything or say when.

Delivery to wrong address and was imperative that I had that package. Took forever to figure out where it got delivered to a different address and no compensation. Horrible service!!!!!!!

Our "overnight" delivery went out on Friday. It took until Tuesday to show up. My package of visa documents was left in the rain on the porch. Some of the documents were affected.
