Layne and staff at Mailboxes and More are reliable and easy to work with on a consistent basis. I lived abroad for 2 years and depended solely on this group to forward my sensitive mail. Just to know i could email Layne, have him look thru and send me back a list of important mail that i had forwarded to the correct people from abroad. He also sent my regular mail to the appropriate place and sorted thru the junk mail to put aside. Fantastic, reliable, trustworthy...worth every penny!

We came by to pick up our mail today, a sign on the door said that you would be back in 10 minutes. We waited in our car 20 minutes watching 10 different customers try to open the door. In the 5 years that we have had a mailbox here, this is a first. Incredibly disappointed. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

I brought in 3 rugs for shipping. None were a standard size for M&Ms boxes. Staff worked very hard to cut down boxes for a custom fit. They were resolute in finding the least expensive option, to the point of calling me a few hours later to say I had been overcharged, and offered me a refund. Wonderful service!
