The Sherwood UPS Store is the best around! For those of you who wrote a review that said you had a bad experience due to weather conditions, you’re an idiot because if you go into this store, you personally sign a slip of paper that states UPS has no control over weather issues. Each individual store is owned as a franchise so it really depends on which you go to. I personally feel that The SHERWOOD UPS Store is the best one I have ever been in. Their employees really care about your needs and making your experience as their guest a pleasant one. They are there to help you find the best shipping deals! Because they are independently owned, they have direct rates unlike those off brand postal shops that raise there fees higher. Because of this I save a lot of money so that I can put it towards sending other family members something special. Not only do they do shipping but they are really a "One Stop Shop". They provide their customers many other great services including USPS, (for those that value time and don’t want to stand in line forever at the post office) wide format printing, (great for family portraits to send as Christmas gifts) and a variety of documents services (postcards, brochures, business cards, invitations and more). When I was in school, I went there to just print off my project. They really helped me personalize it by offering a service where they bind it with a spiral and put a nice clear glossy cover on the front. The best part of all it hardly cost a thing. It was because of them my project looked very professional. The next day everyone was impressed in class that I was able to do all that at the Sherwood UPS Store. I would recommend anyone to The Sherwood UPS Store for any of your needs with the above I have mentioned. Thanks again guys and I will continue to be a life long customer!

I was shipped a package via 2 day delivery on the 20th, a very heavy package 37 lbs and was very expensive to ship, i was suppose to recieve the package no later than the 23, the package still hasnt arrived. I looked up my status online through tracking and was upset to see that 23rd through the 28th the package did not move what so ever! DUE to adverse weather. Finally the 29th the package says that it was loaded onto the truck but only later that night does the update say that the package was missed during loading and left at the warehouse. then agian the 30th the package says its due to be delievered and by 9pm the update says due to adverse weather its back at the warehouse and not moving. the weather has been fine today! im so fed up nobody will give me answers... I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH UPS AGIAN!!!!

Check the website rate before you get robbed!!!!!! Worst store ever, and worst customer service. This store charges more that the standard rate for shipping, I put my shipment details on the website and the charge was $153, then went to that store and price was $203, I told them it must be something wrong, after checking with the manager I was told there is something wrong with the system and will fix it tomorrow, came back next day and the manager was there and he gave me same wrong price claiming its correct even after he verified my price through the website. I filed a complain about him after i verify with the company there is no such thing about the different in price.

My package arrived to Portland @ 6 am on 12/24/08 (Yes, I know we had severe weather conditions, but everyone else worked during the storm), and as of 12/27/08 the package was not delivered. Moreover, on Friday 12/26/08, I went to the UPS store to pick up the package, which by the way is less than 5-6 miles from my home, and I was told that the package is on the truck, and that the driver is tired, so I may not get it until 12/31/08. By the way, I paid for a two days delivery! Disappointed with the customer service. UPS does not care!

I LOVE the Sherwood UPS Store!!! Every time I walk through the doors I am greeted with a warm friendly smile. This store is my location for my "home office" needs. It can be hard running a business from your home and its nice to know I can always count on the friendly and knowledgeable staff to help me with my business needs! Even during the holiday season when they are super busy shipping everyones Christmas gifts, they always help get the job done. Thank you guys for being my one stop shop and your kindness throughout the years!

The UPS store in Sherwood has fantastic customer service. I am a senior citizen and had a large number of boxes to ship to Georgia. They helped me carry the boxes into the store. They used their dolly. All the staff is very knowledgeable and professional in their job. They also have USPS services and will help customers find the least expensive way of mailing their packages! I will pass the word to friends and neighbors about this outstanding store!!! Carol C.

Dropped off a important overnight package at 5:10 pm for a WEST coast delivery, the store did not scan in the package until 6:02 pm thus missing the overnight cutoff time. Totally unacceptable, especially when the distribution center is right down the road and I would have dropped it their if I would have even thought this was possible.

Wondering why the owner will not allow customer to print things out from their computers! Every other ups store I have gone to allow customers to do it! I asked why and the girl said she didnt know why, only that she would get fired. What is up with that? Wont be going back!

We like the staff and often have print work done here. They are really good about supporting the community too. Service can be slow and while sometimes they have to reprint our orders they do make it right and standing by your work is a good quality!

Best Customer Service! Thank you for the great color postcards! I had 3,000 printed in color, double sided & then mailed out. They did it all. I have received great feedback from my customers. Great UPS Store! Thank you for making my day!
