I think the customer service can come off as short and rude. But I also think that this small local business gets a lot of phone traffic. The shortness is their way of being more efficient and getting to all of the customers in a timely fashion. It didnt bother me, personally. I took less time to use this courier than driving to the DOH!

Sorry about your bad experiences Lee and Karen. I have nothing, but good things to say about this company. They have been delivering to my place of work for many years now, and I have had zero problems with these folks. Mike and Tami, the owners are great people to do business with. I would recommend this company to anyone.

They are a service that is used to expedite licensure w/ the state of Washington. I spoke with Tami. It is true it is a small business I believe, and would expect they gotta hustle to make it. Tami is to the point and works as fast as she can. She was very professional and courteous. But not even remotely rude.

Foolish me for not checking the reviews before wasting my time with Tammy and Capitol Courier Services. If its any wonder why the big guys (FEDEX, UPS, etc) only get bigger is because of the abysmal and apathetic customer service practices from a "local" company like this one. Avoid!
