For this issue I wish I could choose “Horrible” for the rating. I went in there to ship a present for my father, They advised me the box size I needed and the box size was too big first off all. They advised me they give a bigger box so they can stuff it with peanuts, I requested a smaller box so the package would fit normal and not bounce around with peanuts they advised me that I would not be able to purchase a smaller box. I was very irritated because for one they did not care. There was two ladies in there and one of them was the owner of the store/manager named JESSICA ( who rolled her eyes at me several times) Instead of arguing with them I purchased the box went home and decided to not use UPS because of how I was treated instead used FedEx. The very next day I went in who the same two girls were working and I wanted to return the box. The manager advised they wouldn’t be able to return with out a receipt I advised her I paid with my card and I signed the receipt and then she never gave one back to me. She advised me they would have to give me the last discounted price on the box. She advised $3. When I paid $15! I advised her that she has remember me from yesterday!? And I know she knows how much I bought It for. She rolling her eyes went to look at the purchases from the day before. She advised me there were no boxes for the size I purchased sold yesterday. I simply advised her I am not scamming you, and I was in yesterday. I advised her I have the card I purchased it with on me, can you look it up by that?… she snagged my card out of my hand huffed and puffed started to look again. She advised she found the charge and that she KNOWS SHE GAVE ME THE RECEPT! She said it twice to me! I simply advised her I will never use her service here again. And I left!. I can NOT believe she is the manager there that is rude customer service and I believe she should not be ever working there with her rudeness attitude. And MOST of all don’t lie to your customers!

I have had several in-store print and packaging projects done by the UPS store in Springfield this year. After this last one I figured I should shoot them some high-fives. I had a highly visible bid presentation package that needed to be bound and packaged in a very certain way for a large project we are being considered for. After some last minute problems in our office getting the 80 page offering printed I had just about run out of time. These still had to be bound and hand delivered in Corvallis and I had very little time left. I go to the store and explained what I needed. The young ladies at the counter helped me pick out the products to bind and cover my presentations and then let me know when I could come back for them. I politely explained my dilemma and that they needed to be done right then and ASAP. They said theyd take care of right then. If that werent enough I discovered I was missing a page. I called my assisant in the office, gave her the email address that the UPS store gave me. She emailed the missing page and the young ladies printed it out and included it in my presentation material. I was in and out of there in about 20 minutes with 7 perfect copies of a bound presentation. Made it to Corvallis with about 20 minutes to spare with a handsome bid offering. Thank you Jessica and the kudos to the young ladies working the counter that morning who listened to my challenges and took care of them. I should mention that the whole time they were doing this they were also taking care of the walk-in customers who were doing regular business with them. They were great taking care of it all. I purchased a box here in April and was told I could get it at any time - well I came in at about 8:30 and couldnt get in. Drove back from across town today to come in and asked about it and they said again, that I could access it any time. I told them I came last night and they said oh, you need to rent a key for 24 hours if you come when were closed. Ok, so I CANT get it any time. I asked for my mail because I had a note in my box. Since the mail had my business name on it instead of my personal name. They said I needed to spend an extra $20 a month if I am going to have things delivered with a business name on them, despite the address being exact and correct. I said ok, whatever, can Ill do it despite it being an obvious rip off. They then informed me that they have returned my packages. Now they have not only wasted my money with a box that clearly I can not use unless I am willing to pay extra for, but they are also costing my clients money who now has to reship to me, assuming they still are my client. I have no idea how a business can act so carelessly with their customers, I know if I had done so with my business I wouldnt have any customers left. Its one thing to tell me I have to pay extra, but to instead return my mail is just disgusting. Pair this unfriendly business practice with pricing that is more than double their competitors and you have a business that I would not only avoid, but highly recommend not using. I will be requesting a full refund for my unused service that this company has failed to provide. You cost me a customer, you too shall lose one.

The ladies there were all sort of snappy and rude. I didnt realize customer service was a hassle instead of a job. They mocked and corrected me for not typing in the right email address, twice, then sfter they realize it was her stores error on a card, gave me a half butthe apology... Then they charged 110 for printing out digital tracking numbers when I could have just gave them the numbers? Thought it would be a quick stop so I didnt have my wallet, had to find change and then they told me 120 when I came back in. This place needs to work on their customer service because he hat is what their job is. I get it, low pay sucks, do something else. Word of mouth is huge around here...

This store lost an important certified letter that I sent, and when I spoke with the owner she was incredibly rude and seemed to think it was funny. She immediately went into telling me how long I have to wait before getting a refund as if she deals with this all of the time, when all I was trying to do was locate the letter. She also has absolutely no idea about any of the postal services she sells, sad because these services are more expensive at her store than going to the post office so she should at least be able to provide great service. She was one of the most ignorant people I have dealt with in a long time. Good luck if you send mail from here!
