I hate to give a local small business a bad review, but I felt it necessary in this case. As a small business owner myself, I sell a lot of products through the internet and use USPS self shipping labels to send my customers their products. I saw this Postal works as I was going to send my packages, and was excited because it was so close to my house. I went to drop off my packages but the cashier acted like it was a huge bother. I thought maybe this was just a bad sales person and a few days later went back to drop off a couple more packages. The first lady that helped me was very nice this time and was very friendly. However, when I was about to leave, the same lady from my prior ( I assume she is the owner) comes over and snidely asks me "Are these items combustible?". I replied no, they are just clothing. She then proceeds to smush and lean on my items. Then without saying a word grabs them and walks off. I told my friend who also sells items online about my experience and he informed me he had the same kind of treatment and never goes there anymore. I will not being going back either.

Postal Works has been our go-to place for any and all items needing to be shipped. they know how things need to be packed, what method of shipping, etc. we never have to question what they will be doing with our signs that need shipping. we just walk in - put the items on the counter - and they make it happen! if i have a minute - its so easy to get distracted by all the wonderful greeting cards and gifties. They were polite but they did not provide good service for passport pictures. They expect you to come back or cut the pictures yourself. I worked at taking passport pictures before and it shouldnt take more than 10 minutes to dry well enough to cut. No need to ask a person to come back the next day. Other places are as cheap, as friendly, and they cut the pics for you.

The ladies here were super nice and accommodating and always offered the cheapest options. We came in with fragile items and were even given free packing. We ended up not shipping our items because of the cost, but did buy a box to take our stuff on the plane with us back home. Also had a lot of very cute items in the shop!

Always excellent service. I have been using Postal Works for shipping and gifts for years now and it has always been fantastic. The problem is getting out of the store without stopping to by a gift I spotted on the way out for my Mom, Sister or other family members and friends.

The people here are awesome and make mailing anything so fast and easy. (Random assortment of breakables? NO PROBLEM.) Their records are fantastic as well, so if you routinely send to an address, they can keep it on file. Theyre so helpful that I cannot imagine going elsewhere.

Nice staff and all, but if you are going to use this place for passport photos, save your time and money. They use a camera from 18th century which results in a bad quality, lightning, and not even a straight picture. Because no tripod.

Its a postal services shop with a lot of other things available. You can buy cards, packaging, party supplies and some convenience store-type items. I use it to ship stuff when Im feeling lazy. Suits me just fine.
