Been a customer since 2003 I think. Used to be a very helpful and pleasant place. The past 3 or 4 years since the latest owners have taken over the business several people that I know have left. We were already planing to leave because a package was not laeled with fragile sticker after we asked them to put one on twice we asked and he said they didnt have any. We said write it on. Needless to say glass was broken. When we told them they didnt have the courtesy to apologize. Etc. Etc. Today we got our renewal notice. They are almost twice the price of u.s. p.o. box. At $189 a year. They rates have for up 3xs in the few years they took over. I believe they were just under $100 year. Post office $94 VS. $189 all about mail.

Hit or miss. Usually great service, but I came in to get a priority mail shipping box which are free with postage. They dont stock them. It was fun waiting in line 5 minutes to hear that, then it was suggested i go to the post office and come back to mail it there. I ended up going to the post office and mailing it there in about 5 minutes using their automated kiosk. Prices seem higher than just going to the post office too, but I have not done a comparison.

I called about a mailbox rental and the lady was very rude! Told me prices real quick and then said,"I have a customer in my store" in a really snotty tone of voice. Well lady I am a customer as well (Was going to be anyway). If you are busy you should not pick up the phone or tell the potential customer who is calling to please hold.

Total shout out to Nikki! She help me figure out my boxing problem for my packages, got them organized and into the right size shipping box help me make the best shipping carrier choice, and did it all while she had a line of people waiting and kept her cool and her Great attitude. I will definitely be back!

This is one of my absolute fave places and a must hit if your driving through especially to the coast I find some new litte treasure every time I come in ! The customer service is always amazing polite and knowledgeable on anything I need been shopping here for years and I can not wait to come back !

Worst. Place. Ever. Very poor understanding of customer service. If you go in for anything besides a drop-off, or to pick up mail, be prepared for an attitude. The guy who works there measures incorrectly and is not well versed in shipping options. Mostly - he really doesnt care.

I absolutely love this store! They have amazing items at great prices, if you need something special and one of a kind as a gift its the place to pop into all of the sales people are fantastic and helpful!
