This company likes to hire people, lay them off and then stick to their non-compete clause which makes gainful employment impossible with the current, bad economy. Also, the owner does not have a decent business model. There are more chiefs than Indians, which does not work. A lot of good people work there, but some of the management spends money on items they should not be spending on and not putting money where it should have been. No loyalty!!! PS its nice to give to charity when you have enough to pay your employees and to keep them.
