The shippers from HELL! I am sending my --->EX-WIFES<--- computer to her. I was told to insure it and that it would need an additional $21.50 in packing costs. (Odd, since the packing material was the EXACT same UPS packing material that it originally shipped in. They gave me my receipts for a total of $65.06 and a Parcel Shipping Order. I go to my computer and try to track the package the next day. No dice! I call customer service and end up with a nitwit from Central America, reading from a script. It turns out it is all my fault (?somehow?) and they are "very sorry" (times 150) but we are going to do bupkus for you. I will NEVER use this store or this carrier ever again. Nitwits running a company and using Third World labor to read canned scripts (But not really doing a damned thing)

I have to agree this is the best UPS store I have ever been to. The employees are very friendly, helpful, and go out of there way to do everything that needs done at the best cost. Its a pleasure going there. Great People!!!!!!!! I know this looks to be a clone response of an existing one but it states the perfect sentiment I feel about this store.

Because of my "lack of understanding of shipping via UPS" their words, I shipped a package from my address to my address. Other UPS stores would verify the ship to address before letting this happened, oh well, another $41 in their pockets and not a penny more!

The best UPS store I have ever been to. The employees are very friendly , helpful, and go out of there way to do everything that needs done at the lowest cost. You dont get customer service like this anymore. Its a pleasure going there.Great People!!!!!!
