Ordered a pakage. It was on the truck for delivery, I drove past that truck on my way home. finally called FEDEX and could only get the 800 number. they said "we dont know why it wasnt delivered, and they are closed for the day. I will send a note to have them call you with why it was not delivered" are you kidding me? how about you deliver my freaking pakage! I will not be using FedEx in the future and would reccomned non of you do as well. I will be using UPS from now on. Thanks Unhappy customer!

Inept driver cant seem to deliver my packages even with instructions. Giving 3 stars though for nice helpful lady on the phone. Knock on wood I dont waste my damn time again waiting for shipment tomorrow. Ugh.
