Very friendly and patient employees, they take care to explain and answer even the simplest questions very cordially (for those of us who are shipping news) plus its just a cute cozy place. Its my new go to place for shipping. I also love supporting a family business rather than a chain store or going to the post office for less than friendly service.

The staff was very helpful and friendly! They do only accept cash or check, so make sure youre prepared. Theres an ATM on site that you can use that charges a usage fee, but they refunded me the fee when I went back up to the counter, I was amazed!
