UPDATE: 5/23/2017 Even with all the delays, my packages arrived on time for our vacation and I was able to distributed the goodies to my folks. The boxes were intact and no signs of tampering which I am very grateful for. But as what Ive said, their customer service or whoever answers the phone needs to learn phone handling and customer service etiquette. ___________________________________________________________ -Promised to pick up the box on a Friday. Didnt show up nor call. I called asking for answers. Rescheduled for Saturday. -Waited on Saturday. Called to confirm if they will be here. No assurance. Asked for our number, NEVER called back. Monday came, I called again if they will pick up the box, said I am scheduled today but will not pick up until Wednesday because the road is slippery because of the snow. Worst, made me sound like an idiot for complaining about the Friday and Saturday concern because I am really scheduled for Monday! How can a freight company not have studded tires or chains to pick up their customers goods and give you an alibi that the road is too slippery! Oh wait, they said they have chains but the road is slippery! If we can go out in our car without any studs or chains, why cant you? If the Trimet bus can still have trips and mailman, why cant you? Your customer service SUCKS! Didnt even bother to apologize!!!
